Bharat Electronics Limited and Beyon Data Solutions Partner to Co-Develop Advanced AI Solutions

NEW DELHI. Navratna defence public sector undertaking Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Beyon Data Solutions Private Limited (BSPL) to co-develop and deploy advanced digital transformation solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI). The strategic partnership aims to address critical industry challenges by introducing scalable, technology-driven applications across sectors. The MoU was formally exchanged between Rakesh Kumar, General Manager (Software) at BEL, and Commander Sanjay Kader, Vice President of BPSL, in the presence of senior BEL officials, including Prabha Goyal, Executive Director (NM), Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, Assistant General Manager (Civil Marketing), and R S Kutiyal, Assistant General Manager (NM).

Prior to this, he was serving in senior leadership positions in the finance function in Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Limited.

Shri Arvind Kumar holds the educational qualifications of M.Com. Professionally, he is a Fellow Member of Institute of Cost Accountants of India and an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He possesses rich and diverse experience in the areas of financial management, internal audit, budgeting, banking, taxation, commercial accounting, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
