Maharashtra Chief minister uddhav thackeray today announced lock-down of four cities Mumbai , Pune , Nagpur and Pimpri-Chinchwad to curb public movement on road .

Announcing it in press conference he said The only precautionary measure is being reported everywhere, so stay home.

It’s time for you to stay home.

Many have begun to help. The Giants have helped us by stopping their work. In the film industry, everyone in the sports field has come forward.

I called yesterday and is getting a response. The next 2-3 days are very important. It is important to avoid infection

Here are some things to take care of. Be your support.

Many have suggested that stop buses, trains but how to bring in people who are in critical service? What will the employees of the Corporation do?

Without terminating these services, only 25 percent of the employees will be employed in government offices. Earlier, 5 per cent of employees had decided. Banks will continue.

Especially in big cities like Mumbai, Pune-Pimpri Chinchwad, Nagpur, all offices, shops will be closed. The essentials of the shop are excluded. These include cereals, milk, medicines.

If there is any confusion in these cities, the District Collector can talk to the Commissioner.

My appeal to the establishments, shops you are closing is that you do not stop paying the minimum wage to your hard working staff.

Taking precautions in the face of corona virus threat, several Jama Masjid’s in the city have taken measures such as stopping pre-namaz ablutions in common ponds.

In the neighbouring Vasai-Virar area, the municipal authorities have appealed people to offer namaz at home instead of visiting mosques.

Jama Masjid, also known as congregational mosque or Friday mosque, is the principal mosque in a particular locality.

Most of the Jama Masjids in the city have removed the ‘Kaleens’ (Turkish carpets) from the premises so that floors can be disinfected properly before and after every namaz, said a cleric.

Many mosques have advised people not to perform ‘Wazu’, or the ritual ablutions before the namaz, in the common ponds (Masjid Houd) but wash themselves at water taps on the premises.

The faithfuls can even perform Wazu at home before visiting the mosque for prayers, some religious leaders said.

Fahad Khalil Pathan, trustee of the Mahim Jama Masjid, said, “People are also advised only to perform the Farz Namaz in the masjid. Sunnat or Nafeel namaz can be performed at home too.”

“We have also decided to keep the mosque closed for Shab-e-Mehraj on March 22,” he added.

The famous Minara Masjid in south Mumbai has also removed carpets from the floors and also switched off the air conditioning system while asking people not to linger outside after the namaz.

First Mumbai. Then Kalyan , Surat , Ahmedabad , Nagpur , Baramati , Kolhapur , Banaras and now Patna .. The incidents of drowning in flood is increasing. It is just happening that the whosoever leading government the leader is giving that statement that they cannot do anything as it natures strike . But the time has come if the delay of the monsoon and then sudden floods will not make a lesson from them the things will get worse. So far, more than four hundred people have been killed in different cities during the rainy season alone and this series is not taking the name of stopping.

The Meteorological Department and the rest of the private website are saying that it will rain heavy to heavy but hardly anyone knows that all will be drowned in just four hours of rain. In Pune, in just three hours at night, so much water fell that Katraj Talab overflowed and half of Pune was drowned. Obviously, time is for thinking. It is not only about one city or one state but it can be a matter of concern for the whole of India or like this. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is saying that the rain is natural but no one is able to control it, but good governance Babu, you are sensible enough to understand that it is not just the havoc of nature, we are all responsible for it.

Why is the raining so suddenly?
Weather scientists and experts believe that this change in weather is not due to any other reason but due to change in temperature. For the past several months, in the Bay of Bengal, sometimes there are low pressure areas in the Indian Ocean, due to which there is a constant change in the speed of monsoon. However, the scientists are not able to tell that all these global temperatures are increasing. It is happening due to global warming but they believe that it can have an effect. All the great leaders of the whole world gathered on the same issue in the United Nations recently but nothing special came out. Greta, a 16 year old girl, said openly that what are you going to give to your children. But President Trump of America also mocked him. According to an estimate, in the next hundred years, many big cities of the world may drown due to rising sea level. They can also be Mumbai. Obviously, if the temperature and environment is not taken care of now, then the situation can get worse.

How much we and our leaders are aware of this, the recent Metro carshed controversy in Aarey shows that in the name of development, policies are first formulated, then forest cutting routes are being taken out, while the IIT itself has said this If the aarey trees are cut, then the entire airport and half of Mumbai can be drowned. The problem is that even such a big threat does not affect the vote, it is limited to headlines and selfies. It is true that temperature change is not a matter of any individual or government but For this, the whole world will have to speak in unison.
what can we do..

First of all, we have to understand that the flood and rain will continue to come and this will happen every year, for this, we will also have to prepare in the same .

1) Identifying the areas in which floods occur every year or are in danger of coming.
2) River banks. Preventing habitat in catchment area and drainage area of pond and dam
3) Ending the shallowness of the river and removing all the obstructions of the flow.
4) Take water from the dam to the canals so that pressure on the dam is reduced as well as to give prior notice of overflow.
5) Training of flood rescue should be given to every citizen on a regular basis. Urban Volunteers should be prepared, which the government should provide.
6) The program of connecting the rivers should be completed fast and water should be transported to the drought areas.
In both urban and rural areas, drains should be widened and water drain barriers should be removed.
Right and accurate warning of rain should be given so that people from low-lying areas are removed beforehand.
7) A large number of wells should be built on the banks of rivers so that flood water goes into the ground.
8) Preparations for evacuation of water and rescue in flood should be in every city and village. Do not wait for help.

The post If you do not learn from the rain, then the situation will get worse. appeared first on newsmantra.in l Latest news on Politics, World, Bollywood, Sports, Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir, Trending news | News Mantra.
