The sessions at ‘Roshni’ encompassed a wide spectrum of topics crucial for a smooth retirement transition. Dr. Sivalkar addressed health-related concerns and strategies for a healthier post-retirement life in the following session.

Matters related to Cyber Security issues were discussed by Mr. V P Arya, DGM(C&IT), where advantages of Internet in digital era was explained and insights were provided into the world of cyber threats and security for helping the participants to safeguard their digital presence.

In the session on Finance Mr. D K Dash, Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts) dealt with procedures for smooth final settlement and effective finance management for ensuring stability in the later phase. Mr. Pappu Kumar, AGM (Finance & Accounts) talked about the Financial Security Planning.

To cope with the significant transition phase and lead a purposeful and proactive life, Mr. B S Sahota, GM (SP-II) deliberated on Positive Mindset preparation.

Mr. H K Sahoo, Assistant Manager (Town Services), discussed about the details of quarter vacation and retention policies within the organization.

Ms. Jyoti Oreya, AGM (HR-ER &C)  welcomed the participants while  Mr. S P Majhi, Junior Officer (HR-ER&C), coordinated the function.

The aim of the ‘Roshni’ workshop is to prepare the retiring employees in a comprehensive manner to embrace retirement with positivity, enthusiasm and preparedness.
