मध्यप्रदेश के ग्वालियर में चुनावी प्रचार का शंखनाद करते हुए कांग्रेस नेता प्रियंका गांधी ने साफ कर दिया कि मध्यप्रदेश में इस बार विधानसभा चुनाव में वो पीएम मोदी नहीं बल्कि मंहगाई को मुददा बनायेगी .असल में ये पीएम मोदी के चेहरे की बीजेपी की रणनीती का जवाब है और कांग्रेस ने कर्नाटक की तरह ही अपनी रणनीति लोकल मुददों पर ही फोकस करने की रख ली है ये बीजेपी के लिए मुश्किलें पैदा कर सकती है .

प्रियंका ने अपने भाषण की शुरुआत में ही साफ कर दिया कि वो बीजेपी की तरह आरोप प्रत्यारोप की राजनीती नहीं करेगी और ये नहीं गिनायेंगी कि मोदी सरकार ने क्या नहीं किया लेकिन वो जनता के मुददों पर बात करेंगी .प्रियंका ने साफ कर दिया कि इस बार मध्यप्रदेश में मंहगाई और बेरोजगारी ही सबसे बड़ा मुददा कांग्रेस के प्रचार की धुरी रहेगी . यदि इसी पर कांग्रेस कायम रहती है तो ये चुनाव बहुत ही रोचक हो जायेगा . क्योंकि बीजेपी इस बार शिवराज मामा को आगे नहीं कर रही बल्कि पीएम मोदी को ही चेहरा बनाकर चुनाव लड़ना चाहती है.

असल में बीजेपी का अनुमान है कि चुनाव कांटे का होगा लेकिन सीटों का अंतर 20 से 30 का ही होगा जिसे बीजेपी मोदी के चेहरे से पूरा करना चाहती है मगर कांग्रेस की रणनीति साफ है कि इस बार पूरा चुनाव लोकल मुददों पर ही लड़ा जाये इसलिए प्रिंयंका ने महिला अत्याचार के बहाने मणिपुर पर पीएम की चुप्पी की बात और राजनीती की बात तो की लेकिन जल्दी ही लोकल के मुददों मंहगाई और बेरोजगारी पर वापस आ गयी . कांग्रेस का आंकलन है इस समय पेट्रोल डीजल से लेकर टमाटर तक के भाव लोगों को चुभ रहे हैं और यही मुददा वो खेलना चाहती है . इसके साथ बेरोजगारी और परीक्षा में घोटाला भी मध्यप्रदेश का बड़ा मुददा है इसलिए उस पर भी प्रिंयंका जमकर बोली ताकि ये मुददे आगे भी गरमाते रहें. मध्यप्रदेश में बेरोजगारी की दर लगातार बढ़ रही और सरकारी नौकरियों में भर्ती की लगभग हर परीक्षा में घोटाले की बात सामने आती रही है . हाल का सबसे बड़ा खुलासा पटवारी परीक्षा मे घोटाले का है और उसकी तुलना व्यापम घोटाले से की जा रही है .इसका जवाब बीजेपी के पास नहीं है .

मध्यप्रदेश में बीजेपी कई खेमों में बंटी हुयी है और ये गुटबाजी लगातार सामने आती रही है . ग्वालियर चंबल संभाग में 38 सींटें हैं जिसमें से 18 पिछली बार भाजपा ने जीती थी लेकिन सिंधिया को लेकर इतनी गुटबाजी है कि खुद बीजेपी के नेता ही उनके खिलाफ खबरें छपवाते रहते हैं और सिंधिय़ा को लगातार बाहरी बताते रहते हैं .अगर सिंधिया इस बार अपने इस गढ को नहीं बचा पाये तो एमपी में उनको बीजेपी में से ही चुनौती मिलना शुरु हो जायेगा .इसके अलावा नरोत्तम मिश्रा . नरेंद सिंह तोमर और कैलाश विजयवर्गीय जैसे दावेदारों के कारण भी खींचतान चल रही है यही वजह है कि गृहमंत्री अमित शाह को भोपाल आकर नेताओं को संमझाना पड़ा कि मिलकर चलें और एक दूसरे के खिलाफ नहीं बोलें.

एमपी के चुनाव में एक बड़ा मुददा पुरानी पेंशन योजना का भी है जिस पर सरकारी कर्मचारी लगाातार आंदोलन कर रहे हैं .कांग्रेस ने पुरानी पेंशन योजना फिर से लागू करने का ऐलान करके बाजी मार ली है और अब बीजेपी को समझ नहीं आ रहा है कि इसका तोड़ क्या निकाला जाये इसके लिए एनपीएस में बदलाव की बात हो रही है मगर वो उतना आसान नहीं है .अब बस बीजेपी को धार्मिक ध्रुवीकरण का ही सहारा मिल सकता है और कांग्रेस के नेता दिग्विजय सिंह इसमें मदद कर सकते हैं लेकिन प्रिंयंका ने अपनी रैली में साफ कर दिया है कि कांग्रेस इस तरह के मुददों से बचेगी और केवल मंहगाई बेरोजगारी और विकास के मुददों पर फोकस करेगी .रणनीती तो सही है लेकिन अमल में अभी कई चुनौतियां बाकी है .

LIC IPO GMP Today

The unlisted shares of the LIC IPO nosedived in the negative zone in the grey market a few days back, and there has been no coming back from that yet. LIC IPO GMP (grey market premium) is still negative, according to market observers. The GMP is minus Rs 20, according to them, which is Rs 5 higher than yesterday’s grey market premium. Market observers maintained that LIC IPO GMP has remained in the negative zone for the fourth successive day, which is a bad sign for the listing of India’s largest public issue

LIC is the largest insurance provider company in India. It has a market share of above 66.2% in new business premium. The company offers participating insurance products and non-participating products like unit-linked insurance products, saving insurance products, term insurance products, health insurance, and annuity & pension products.

As of 30 Sep 2021, it has a total AUM of Rs. 39 lakh crore. LIC operates through 2048 branches, 113 divisional offices, and 1,554 Satellite Offices. It operates globally in Fiji, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Singapore, Sri Lanka, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, and the United Kingdom.

Interacting with Shri Tanu Tejas Saraswat founder of online store to organise Kirana stores – Shop Kirana, the Prime Minister enquired about his background and how he got the idea to start this business. The Prime Minister asked about the opportunity and growth in this business. He also asked how many kirana stores were linked to his startup and why he chose Indore for his startup. The PM asked whether one can organise the street vendors who are benefited by SVANIDHI.

Interacting with Ms Umang Shreedhar founder of Umang Shreedhar Designs Private Limited from Bhopal, the Prime Minister was informed about their innovation in Khadi and creating products for big companies. The Prime Minister was told that the journey of the startup has been coterminous with the government as she started the company in 2014. She also informed him about her work with the women. The PM asked about the improvement and value addition which she has brought about among the women via her startup. She informed that the income of women artisan increased by almost 300 per cent. She also talked about training women to graduate from artisan to entrepreneurs. The Prime MInister inquired about her work in Kashi and complimented her for being a job creator and an inspiration.

Interacting with Shri Tausif Khan from Indore, the Prime Minister was informed that his organization is working to double the income of farmers. They have created technological solutions which are being provided to farmers through digital and physical means. The Prime Minister asked whether one can integrate the soil testing facilities to the farmers connected with his startup. The Prime Minister was informed about the ways of doing soil testing and sharing the report digitally with the farmers. They are also promoting organic and microbial manure. The Prime Minister also asked about the adoption of natural farming among the farmers. The Prime MInister wished that similar to Indore excelling in Swachh Sarvekshan, the farmers of Indore district should also set an example for chemical free farming.

Addressing the gathering, the Prime Minister said that the country’s development is getting new momentum by the young energy. There is a feeling, as there is a proactive startup policy, there is an equally diligent startup leadership in the country. The Prime Minister mentioned that in the short period of 8 years, the startup story of the country has undergone a massive transformation. He recalled that in 2014 when his Government was formed, the number of startups in the country was about 300-400. Today there are about 70000 recognized startups. He said that every 7-8 days a new unicorn is made in this country.

The Prime Minister also noted the diversity of start-ups.

रानी अवन्तीबाई लोधी भारत के प्रथम स्वाधीनता संग्राम में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाने वाली प्रथम महिला शहीद वीरांगना थीं। 1857 की क्रांति में रामगढ़ की रानी अवंतीबाई रेवांचल में मुक्ति आंदोलन की सूत्रधार थी। 1857 के मुक्ति आंदोलन में इस राज्य की अहम भूमिका थी, जिससे भारत के इतिहास में एक नई क्रांति आई।

1817 से 1851 तक रामगढ़ राज्य के शासक लक्ष्मण सिंह थे। उनके निधन के बाद विक्रमाजीत सिंह ने राजगद्दी संभाली। उनका विवाह बाल्यावस्था में ही मनकेहणी के जमींदार राव जुझार सिंह की कन्या अवंतीबाई से हुआ। विक्रमाजीत सिंह बचपन से ही वीतरागी प्रवृत्ति के थे अत: राज्य संचालन का काम उनकी पत्नी रानी अवंतीबाई ही करती रहीं। उनके दो पुत्र हुए-अमान सिंह और शेर सिंह। अंग्रेजों ने तब तक भारत के अनेक भागों में अपने पैर जमा लिए थे जिनको उखाड़ने के लिए रानी अवंतीबाई ने क्रांति की शुरुआत की और भारत में पहली महिला क्रांतिकारी रामगढ़ की रानी अवंतीबाई ने अंग्रेजों के विरुद्ध ऐतिहासिक निर्णायक युद्ध किया जो भारत की आजादी में बहुत बड़ा योगदान है जिससे रामगढ़ की रानी अवंतीबाई उनका नाम पूरे भारत मैं अमरशहीद वीरांगना रानी अवंतीबाई के नाम से हैं.

रामगढ़ के राजा विक्रमाजीत सिंह को विक्षिप्त तथा अमान सिंह और शेर सिंह को नाबालिग घोषित कर रामगढ़ राज्य को हड़पने की दृष्टि से अंग्रेज शासकों ने पालक न्यायालय (कोर्ट ऑफ वार्ड्स) की कार्यवाही की एवं राज्य के प्रशासन के लिए सरबराहकार नियुक्त कर शेख मोहम्मद तथा मोहम्मद अब्दुल्ला को रामगढ़ भेजा, जिससे रामगढ़ रियासत “कोर्ट ऑफ वार्ड्स” के कब्जे में चली गयी। अंग्रेज शासकों की इस हड़प नीति का परिणाम भी रानी जानती थी, फिर भी दोनों सरबराहकारों को उन्होंने रामगढ़ से बाहर निकाल दिया। 1855 ई. में राजा विक्रमादित्य सिंह की एक दुर्घटना में मृत्यु हो गयी। अब नाबालिग पुत्रों की संरक्षिका के रूप में राज्य शक्ति रानी के हाथों आ गयी। रानी ने राज्य के कृषकों को अंग्रेजों के निर्देशों को न मानने का आदेश दिया, इस सुधार कार्य से रानी की लोकप्रियता बढ़ी।

1857 ईस्वी में सागर एवं नर्मदा परिक्षेत्र के निर्माण के साथ अंंग्रेजों की शक्ति में वृद्धि हुई। अब अंग्रेजों को रोक पाना किसी एक राजा या तालुकेदार के वश का नहीं रहा। रानी ने राज्य के आस-पास के राजाओं, परगनादारों, जमींदारों और बड़े मालगुजारों का विशाल सम्मेलन रामगढ़ में आयोजित किया, जिसकी अध्यक्षता गढ़ पुरवा के राजा शंकरशाह ने की। इस गुप्त सम्मेलन के बारे में जबलपुर के कमिश्नर मेजर इस्काइन और मण्डला के डिप्टी कमिश्नर वाडिंग्टन को भी पता नहीं था।

गुप्त सम्मेलन में लिए गए निर्णय के अनुसार प्रचार का दायित्व रानी पर था। एक पत्र और दो काली चूड़ियों की एक पुड़िया बनाकर प्रसाद के रूप में वितरित करना। पत्र में लिखा गया- “अंग्रेजों से संघर्ष के लिए तैयार रहो या चूड़ियां पहनकर घर में बैठो।” पत्र सौहार्द और एकजुटता का प्रतीक था तो चूड़ियां पुरुषार्थ जागृत करने का सशक्त माध्यम बनी। पुड़िया लेने का अर्थ था अंग्रेजों के विरुद्ध क्रांति में अपना समर्थन देना।

देश के कुछ क्षेत्रों में क्रांति का शुभारम्भ हो चुका था। 1857 में 52वीं देशी पैदल सेना जबलपुर सैनिक केन्द्र की सबसे बड़ी शक्ति थी। 18 जून को इस सेना के एक सिपाही ने अंग्रेजी सेना के एक अधिकारी पर घातक हमला किया। जुलाई 1857 में मण्डला के परगनादार उमराव सिंह ठाकुर ने कर देने से इनकार कर दिया और इस बात का प्रचार करने लगा कि अंग्रेजों का राज्य समाप्त हो गया। अंग्रेज, विद्रोहियों को डाकू और लुटेरे कहते थे। मण्डला के डिप्टी कमिश्नर वाडिंग्टन ने मेजर इस्काइन से सेना की मांग की। पूरे महाकौशल क्षेत्र में विद्रोहियों की हलचलें बढ़ गईं। गुप्त सभाएं और प्रसाद की पुड़ियों का वितरण चलता रहा।

इस बीच राजा शंकरशाह और राजकुमार रघुनाथ शाह को दिए गए मृत्युदण्ड से अंग्रेजों की नृशंसता की व्यापक प्रतिक्रिया हुई। वे इस क्षेत्र के राज्यवंश के प्रतीक थे। इसकी प्रथम प्रतिक्रिया रामगढ़ में हुई। रामगढ़ के सेनापति ने भुआ बिछिया थाना में चढ़ाई कर दी। जिससे थाने के सिपाही थाना छोड़कर भाग गए और विद्रोहियों ने थाने पर अधिकार कर लिया। रानी के सिपाहियों ने घुघरी पर चढ़ाई कर उस पर अपना अधिकार कर लिया और वहां के तालुकेदार धन सिंह की सुरक्षा के लिए उमराव सिंह को जिम्मेदारी सौंपी। रामगढ़ के कुछ सिपाही एवं मुकास के जमींदार भी नारायणगंज पहुंचकर जबलपुर-मण्डला मार्ग को बंद कर दिया। इस प्रकार पूरा जिला और रामगढ़ राज्य में विद्रोह भड़क चुका था और वाडिंग्टन विद्रोहियों को कुचलने में असमर्थ हो गया था। वह विद्रोहियों की गतिविधियों से भयभीत हो चुका था।

मण्डला नगर को छोड़कर पूरा जिला स्वतंत्र हो चुका था। अवंती बाई ने मण्डला विजय के लिए सिपाहियों सहित प्रस्थान किया। रानी की सूचना प्राप्त होने पर शहपुरा और मुकास के जमींदार भी मण्डला की और रवाना हुए। मण्डला पहुंचने के पूर्व खड़देवरा के सिपाही भी रानी के सिपाहियों से मिल गए। खैरी के पास अंग्रेज सिपाहियों के साथ अवंती बाई का युद्ध हुआ। वाडिंग्टन पूरी शक्ति लगाने के बाद भी कुछ न कर सका और मण्डला छोड़ सिवनी की ओर भाग गया। इस प्रकार पूरा मण्डला जिला एवं रामगढ़ राज्य स्वतंत्र हो गया। इस विजय के उपरांत आन्दोलनकारियों की शक्ति में कमी आ गई, किन्तु उल्लास में कमी नहीं आयी। रानी रामगढ़ वापस हो गईं।

ये रहे पीएम के भाषण के कुछ अहम अंश .

भारत की कृषि, भारत का किसान, अब और पिछड़ेपन में नहीं रह सकता। दुनिया के बड़े-बड़े देशों के किसानों को जो आधुनिक सुविधा उपलब्ध है, वो सुविधा भारत के भी किसानों को मिले, इसमें अब और देर नहीं की जा सकती। समय हमारा इंतजार नहीं कर सकता। तेजी से बदलते हुए वैश्विक परिदृष्य में भारत का किसान, सुविधाओं के अभाव में, आधुनिक तौर तरीकों के अभाव में असहाय होता जाए, ये स्थिति स्वीकार नहीं की जा सकती। पहले ही बहुत देर हो चुकी है। जो काम 25-30 साल पहले हो जाने चाहिए थे, वो आज करने की नौबत आई हैं। पिछले 6 साल में हमारी सरकार ने किसानों की एक-एक जरूरत को ध्यान में रखते हुए अनेक महत्वपूर्ण कदम उठाए हैं। इसी कड़ी में देश के किसानों की उन मांगों को भी पूरा किया गया है जिन पर बरसों से सिर्फ और सिर्फ मंथन चल रहा था। बीते कई दिनों से देश में किसानों के लिए जो नए कानून बने, आजकल उसकी चर्चा बहुत है। ये कृषि सुधार, ये कानून रातों-रात नहीं आए हैं। पिछले 20-22 साल से इस देश की हर सरकार ने राज्यों की सरकार ने इस पर व्यापक चर्चा की है। कम-अधिक सभी संगठनों ने इन पर विमर्श किया है।

देश के किसान, किसानों के संगठन, कृषि एक्सपर्ट, कृषि अर्थशास्त्री, कृषि वैज्ञानिक, हमारे यहां के प्रोग्रेसिव किसान भी लगातार कृषि क्षेत्र में सुधार की मांग करते आए हैं। सचमुच में तो देश के किसानों को उन लोगों से जवाब मांगना चाहिए जो पहले अपने घोषणा पत्र में इन सुधारों की सुधार करने की बात लिखते थे, वकालत करते थे और बड़ी बड़ी बाते करके किसानों के वोट बटोरते रहे, लेकिन अपने घोषणा पत्र में लिखे गए वादों को भी पूरा नहीं किया। सिर्फ इन मांगों को टालते रहे। क्योंकि किसानों की प्राथमिकता नहीं था। और देश का किसान, इंतजार ही करता रहा। अगर आज देश के सभी राजनीतिक दलों के पुराने घोषणापत्र देखे जाएं, तो उनके पुराने बयान सुने जाएं, पहले जो देश की कृषि व्यवस्था संभाल रहे थे ऐसे महानुभावों की चिट्ठियां देखीं जाएं, तो आज जो कृषि सुधार हुए हैं, वो उनसे अलग नहीं हैं। वो जिन चीजों का वादा करते थे, वही बातें इन कृषि सुधारों में की गई हैं। मुझे लगता है, उनको पीड़ा इस बात से नहीं है कि कृषि कानूनों में सुधार क्यों हुआ। उनको तकलीफ इस बात में है कि जो काम हम कहते थे लेकिन कर नही पाते थे वो मोदी ने कैसे किया, मोदी ने क्यों किया। मोदी को इसका क्रेडिट कैसे मिल जाए? मैं सभी राजनीतिक दलों को हाथ जोड़कर कहना चाहता हूं- आप सारा क्रेडिट अपने पास रख लीजिए, आपके सारे पुराने घोषणा पत्रों को ही में क्रेडिट देता हूं। मुझे क्रेडिट नहीं चाहिए।मुझे किसान के जीवन में आसानी चाहिए, समृद्धि चाहिए, किसानी में आधुनिकता चाहिए। आप कृपा करके देश के किसानों को बरगलाना छोड़ दीजिए, उन्हें भ्रमित करना छोड़ दीजिए।

साथियों,

ये कानून लागू हुए 6-7 महीने से ज्यादा समय हो चुका है। लेकिन अब अचानक भ्रम और झूठ का जाल बिछाकर, अपनी राजनीतिक जमीन जोतने के खेल खेले जा रहे हैं। किसानों के कंधे पर बंदूक रखकर वार किए जा रहे हैं। आपने देखा होगा, सरकार बार-बार पूछ रही है, मीटिंग में भी पूछ रही है, पब्लिकली पूछ रही है हमारे कृषि मंत्री टीवी इन्टरव्यू में कह रहे हैं, मैं खुद बोल रहा हूं कि आपको कानून में किस क्लॉज में क्या दिक्कत है बताइए? जो भी दिक्कत है वो आप बताइए, तो इन राजनीतिक दलों के पास कोई ठोस जवाब नहीं होता, और यही इन दलों की सच्चाई है।

साथियों,

जिनकी खुद की राजनीतिक जमीन खिस गई है, वो किसानों की जमीन चली जाएगी, किसानों की जमीन चली जाएगी का डर दिखाकर, अपनी राजनीतिक जमीन खोज रहे हैं। आज जो किसानों के नाम पर आंदोलन चलाने निकले हैं, जब उनको सरकार चलाने का या सरकार का हिस्सा बनने का मौका मिला था, उस समय इन लोगों ने क्या किया, ये देश को याद रखना जरूरी है। मैं आज देशवासियों के सामने, देश के किसानों के सामने, इन लोगों का कच्चा-चिट्ठा भी देश के लोगों के सामने, मेरे किसान भाईयों – बहनों के सामने आज मैं खुला करना चाहता हूं, मैं बताना चाहता हूं।

साथियों,

किसानों की बातें करने वाले लोग आज झूठे आसूं बहाने वाले लोग कितने निर्दयी हैं इसका बहुत बड़ा सबूत है। स्वामीनाथन कमेटी की रिपोर्ट। स्वामीनाथन कमेटी की रिपोर्ट आई, लेकिन ये लोग स्वामीनाथन कमेटी की सिफारिशों को आठ साल तक दबाकर बैठे रहे। किसान आंदोलन करते थे, प्रदर्शन करते थे लेकिन इन लोगों के पेट का पानी नहीं हिला। इन लोगों ने ये सुनिश्चित किया कि इनकी सरकार को किसान पर ज्यादा खर्च न करना पड़े। इसलिए इस रिपोर्ट को दबा दो। इनके लिए किसान देश की शान नहीं, इन्होंने अपनी राजनीति बढ़ाने के लिए किसान का समय – समय पर इस्तेमाल किया है। जबकि किसानों के लिए संवेदनशील, किसानों के लिए समर्पित हमारी सरकार किसानों को अन्नदाता मानती है। हमने फाइलों के ढेर में फेंक दी गई स्वामीनाथन कमेटी की रिपोर्ट बाहर निकाला और उसकी सिफारिशें लागू कीं, किसानों को लागत का डेढ़ गुना MSP हमने दिया।

साथियों,

हमारे देश में किसानों के साथ धोखाधड़ी का एक बहुत ही बड़ा उदाहरण है कांग्रेस सरकारों के द्वारा की गई कर्जमाफी। जब दो साल पहले मध्य प्रदेश में चुनाव होने वाले थे तो कर्जमाफी का वायदा किया गया था। कहा गया था कि सरकार बनने के 10 दिन के भीतर सारे किसानों का कर्ज माफ कर दिया जाएगा। कितने किसानों का कर्ज माफ हुआ, सरकार बनने के बाद क्या-क्या बहाने बताए गए, ये मध्य प्रदेश के किसान मुझसे ज्यादा भी अच्छी तरह जानते हैं। राजस्थान के लाखों किसान भी आज तक कर्जमाफी का इंतजार कर रहे हैं। किसानों को इतना बड़ा धोखा देने वालों को जब मैं किसान हित की बात करते देखता हूं तो मुझे बड़ा आश्चर्य होता है कि कैसे लोग हैं, क्या राजनीति इस हद तक जाती है। क्या कोई इस हद तक छल-कपट कैसे कर सकता है? और वो भी भोले-भाले किसानों के नाम पर। किसानों को और कितना धोखा देंगे ये लोग?

• Party wise Candidates with Serious Criminal Cases:  Among the major parties, 6(21%) out of 28 candidates analysed from INC, 8(29%) out of 28 candidates analysed from BJP, 3 (11%) out of 28 candidates analysed from BSP, 4 (29%) out of 14 candidates analysed from SP and 13 (7%) out of 178 Independent candidates have declared serious criminal cases against themselves in their affidavits.
• Candidates with declared cases related to murder: 1 candidate has declared case related to murder (IPC Section-302) against himself.
• Candidates with declared cases related to attempt to murder: 7 candidates have declared cases related to Attempt to murder (IPC Section-307) against themselves.
• Red Alert Constituencies*: 10 (36%) out of 28 constituencies are Red alert constituencies. Red alert constituencies are those where 3 or more contesting candidates have declared criminal cases against themselves.
• The directions of the Supreme Court have had no effect on the political parties in selection of candidates as they have again followed their old practice of giving tickets to around 18% candidates with criminal cases. All major parties contesting in Madhya Pradesh bye elections have given tickets to 25 % to 50% candidates who have declared criminal cases against themselves. The Supreme Court in its directions dated 13th February, 2020 had specifically instructed political parties to give reasons for such selection and why other individuals without criminal antecedents could not be selected as candidates. As per these mandatory guidelines, the reasons for such selection has to be with reference to qualifications, achievements and merit of the candidate concerned. Therefore, such unfounded and baseless reasons given by political parties like popularity of the person, does good social work, cases are politically motivated etc are not sound and cogent reasons for fielding candidates with tainted backgrounds. This data clearly shows that political parties have no interest in reforming the electoral system and our democracy will continue to suffer at the hands of lawbreakers who become lawmakers.

Till now 56 people tested positive during the RT-PCR Tests conducted in the parliament building complex . This figure includes officials, media persons and MPs of both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha.

Meenakshi Lekhi tweeted: “After the routine Parliament test for COVID & genome test it’s confirmed that I have tested positive for the virus. I am currently in good health & spirits. I request everyone who has been recently in contact with me to get tested. Together We will fight & defeat Corona.”

The BJP’s Sukanta Majumdar ws the first to tweet his positive status yesterday. “Requesting all those who have come in close contact with me in the last few days to monitor their health and get tested in case of any symptoms,” his tweet read.

The first day saw a brief protest by opposition parties when the government sought the approval of the House to scrap Question Hour, but it lacked any intensity — perhaps because everyone was taking time to adjust to the overwhelmingly new normal and to restrictions such as sitting .

The parliament complex wore a semi-deserted look: Hardly a few TV cameras, no aides of MPs or visitors hanging around and just a few cars. Security officials did their duty donning face shields and tricolour masks — they were keen to prevent any crowding of lawmakers.

सचिन की वापसी का सबसे बड़ा कारण यही कि सचिन राजनीती में अभी पके नहीं है . महारानी वसुंधरा के बारे में सचिन का अनुमान गलत निकला . सचिन को लगा था कि दिलली से आदेश आयेगा तो महारानी भी सचिन को अपना नेता मान लेगी .लेकिन अब भी राजस्थान में बीजेपी के 48 विधायक महारानी के साथ है ऐसे में दिल्ली आलाकमान ने भी महारानी पर जोर नहीं डाला . वसुंधरा ने साफ कर दिया था कि इस समय सचिन को लेकर भी बीजेपी की सरकार नहीं बन पायेगी ..वैसे भी वसुंधरा अपने बेटे को बढायेगी सचिन को क्यों. महारानी के इंकार करते ही बीजेपी ने हाथ पीछे खींच लिये तो सचिन लौट के बुदधू घर को आये हो
गये .

पार्टी से बढे मानने लगे थे खुद को  सचिन की एक बडी गलती ये हो गयी कि वो कांग्रेस से भी बड़ा नेता खुद को मानने लगे थे . वो संगठन महासचिव अविनाश पांडे के खिलाफ शुरु से ही बोलने लगे .यहां तक कि जब चुनाव के बाद सरकार आयी तो सचिन ने पांडे को दरकिनार कर राहुल की दम पर खुद को सीएम समझना शुरु कर दिया . पुराने खिलाडी पांडे ने अशोक गहलोत के साथ मिलकर ऐसा दांव चला कि सचिन को पता नहीं ही चला यहां तक कि राहुल के साथ सचिन के रिशते भी सचिन के बहुत काम नहीं आ सके.

अब क्या होगा सचिन का  सचिन अब राजस्थान कांग्रेस में बागी हो गये हैं. गहलोत धीरे धीरे उनके सारे विधायकों को तोड लेगें और सचिन की तरफ से सावधान रहेंगें .राजस्थानी में कहते है जो एक बार तलवार उठाकर वापस ले ले उससे कोई नहीं डरता सचिन का भी यही होगा . अब विधायक भी उनकी बात पर बगावत नहीं करेगें क्योंकि कोई भी नहीं मानेगा की सचिन वापस नहीं आयेंगे , अब सचिन को फिलहाल कई दिन चुपचाप निकालने होगे और गलत का पश्चाताप ही करना होगा .

The petition, filed by general secretary SC Mishra, refutes the merger and claims the MLAs incur disqualification for voluntarily giving up their membership.

It comes a day after the party’s central leadership had on Sunday caused a new twist in the Rajasthan deadlock and issued a whip to the six MLAs to vote against the Gehlot government in any proceedings of the house, including in case of a no confidence motion.

Gehlot has been struggling to keep his government afloat after a rebellion by Sachin Pilot and MLAs loyal to him, and Mayawati’s new ploy could be just enough to tip the scales against the Congress in the state.

According to sources, Gehlot has been claiming the support of 103 MLAs in the 200-member assembly, but if the six MLAs are forced to vote against him, it could bring his government into a minority.

All the six BSP MLAs had last year merged with the Congress, which could lead to a tangle of technicalities as there are no BSP MLAs in the Rajasthan assembly.

Meanwhile Governor Kalraj Mishra today returned with queries the proposal of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot for the assembly session from Friday. This was a revised proposal sent to the Governor but it also did not cut ice with him. The Congress has accused the governor of acting under pressure from the BJP to stall a test of strength in the assembly. The Supreme Court is all set to hear at 11am today a petition filed by Rajasthan Speaker CP Joshi against the rebel MLAs led by now-sacked deputy chief minister Sachin Pilot who engineered a revolt against the Gehlot government. The court on Thursday had refused to restrain the Rajasthan High Court from passing an order on the plea of the rebel MLAs challenging the disqualification notice against them and said it would be subject to the outcome of petition before the apex court.

Observing that the “voice of dissent” in a democracy cannot be shut down, the Supreme Court had refused to accept the plea of Rajasthan Assembly Speaker CP Joshi to either stay the matter pending before the high court or transfer it to the apex court.
