Mr Modi noted that the Capacity Building Commission and Mission Karmayogi are key to creating a modern, dedicated, and responsive workforce aligned with the aspirations of every Indian. The Prime Minister highlighted that improving Ease of living and quality of life should be the primary focus of governance.

Further, the Prime Minister underlined that the strength of a nation lies in the capability of its institutions, and strengthening that capability is the government’s top priority. He added that the government aims to build a responsive, modern, and accountable public service that empowers every citizen. Mr Modi said that every Indian citizen today carries aspirations, and it is the responsibility of the government to ensure that governance becomes a facilitator of those dreams.
