										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>NEW DELHI:</strong> The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour &amp; Employment (Central), organized a comprehensive awareness session on the new labour codes today at Metro Bhawan.</p>
<p>The initiative aimed to streamline understanding of the upcoming statutory changes and ensure seamless, full compliance across all operations.</p>
<p>The session was led by senior ministry officials, including Sh. P.S. Karmase, Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), and Sh. S.K. Sahu, Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central). They provided key insights into the operational and legal nuances of the reformed codes.</p>
<p>Reflecting the administrative importance of the transition, the programme drew over 250 participants. The attendees included DMRC Heads of Departments, senior officials, and key contractor representatives, ensuring that both internal management and external partners are aligned with the new regulatory standards.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>An event as part of the activities taken up during this month was organised at the Metro Bhawan recently. The event was inaugurated by DMRC&#8217;s Managing Director, Dr. Vikas Kumar in the presence of all Directors and senior officials. The keynote address was delivered by Dr. Sanjay Bahl, DG/CERT-In. Dr. Sanjay Bahl emphasized the importance of Cyber hygiene, digital footprint, regular audits, and adopting Defense-in-Depth strategies and DPDP act.</p>
<p>Following the inaugural session, DMRC hosted the 2nd Annual Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) Roundtable, chaired by Shri Suvashis Choudhary, IPS (Retd.) CISO/DMRC. The session witnessed active participation from Cybersecurity officers representing PGCIL, BEL, DFCCIL, CERT-In, SEBI, CERSAI, RITES, NIC, Tata Power, UPMRCL, and TUV SUD.</p>
<p>The roundtable featured discussions on topics such as Cybersecurity audits, IT-OT convergence, patch management, supply chain risks, Security Operations Center (SOC), adoption of cybersecurity standards, and the need for indigenous R&amp;D in Cybersecurity.</p>

<p>The MoU was signed at Metro Bhawan today by the authorised signatories of DMRC and IRT, Monash in the presence of senior officials from both the organisations.</p>

<p>Under the ambit of this MoU, exchange programs between Monash University and Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Academy (DMRC Academy) may also be organised from time to time. DMRC Academy shall be the knowledge and training partner for all such activities.</p>
<p>DMRC shall identify studies related to the metro system to be taken up through IRT, Monash University under specific contractual agreements, to be finalised on a case-to-case basis. Furthermore, other avenues shall also be explored pertaining to technical and research cooperation and for the competency building of metro engineers.</p>
<p>This MoU marks a significant step forward in DMRC&#8217;s collaboration with one of the world&#8217;s leading railway technology institutes, enhancing DMRC’s capabilities in key operational and maintenance areas. This association will also create new opportunities for future ventures, facilitating the exchange of technology and expertise to improve safety and reliability of train operations, as well as enhancing the passenger’s travel experience.</p>
