Among the key initiatives is “Ask CHETNA” (Chatbot for Efficient Travel and Navigation Assistance), a conversational AI platform built on a BharatGPT-powered agentic AI stack with sovereign architecture. The chatbot offers secure, India-hosted services including journey planning, fare information, real-time updates and ticket booking through web and mobile platforms. DMRC is also modernising its Complaint Management System by integrating AI for faster grievance redressal. In the first phase, written complaints are being automated to reduce handling time and improve transparency. In the next phase, an AI-powered voice bot will be deployed on helpline 155370 for real-time complaint registration with provision for human escalation in complex cases.

Additionally, DMRC has introduced AI-based monitoring systems for the health of its Overhead Equipment (OHE) network. The Pantograph Collision Detection System (PCDS), deployed on Red, Yellow and Blue Lines, uses sensors installed on train pantographs to detect wire alignment issues and hard points. AI-based video analytics has also been implemented on the Pink and Magenta Lines to analyse footage captured from trains and automatically identify anomalies. These measures are aimed at ensuring safer, more reliable and technology-driven metro operations in the national capital.

17 अगस्त, मानेसर। मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल ने गुरुवार को वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से प्रदेश की 450 कॉलोनियों को नियमित किया। नियमित समय में इन काॅलोनियों का नोटिफिकेशन सरकार के द्वारा जारी कर दिया जाएगा। कॉलोनियों पर वैधता की मुहर लगने के बाद इन काॅलोनियों में सरकार की ओर से विकास कार्य कराए जाएंगें। इसी कड़ी में मानेसर नगर निगम क्षेत्र के अधीन आने वाली 3 काॅलोनियों को भी नियमित किया गया है।

वीडियों कान्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से अपने वक्तव्य के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री श्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि प्रदेश की भाजपा सरकार ने वर्ष 2014-2022 के दौरान 685 काॅलोनियों को नियमित किया है। इस वर्ष में 131 काॅलोनियों पर वैधता की मुहर पहले ही लगाई जा चुकी है। गुरूवार को भी 450 काॅलोनियों को अप्रूव किया गया है अर्थात मौजूदा वर्ष में ही प्रदेश की 581 काॅलोनियों को नियमित किया गया है। इतना ही नहीं 1856 अन्य काॅलोनियों को पक्का करने का कार्य प्रगति पर है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा सरकार की इच्छा है कि प्रदेश में रेगुलेटिड काॅलोनियों की संख्या बढ़े ताकि प्रदेश की जनता को सरकार द्वारा सभी आवश्यक सुविधाएं दी जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने काॅलोनियों को नियमित करने के लिए न्यूनतम नियम बनाए है ताकि प्रदेश की ज्यादा से ज्यादा जनता को सरकार की योजनाओं का लाभ मिल सके। जिन काॅलोनियों को पक्का यानि वैध किया जाएगा, उनमें मुख्य नियम है कि काॅलोनियों की मुख्य सड़क 6 मीटर और आंतरिक सड़क 3 मीटर की होनी चाहिए। इन नियमों को भी आम लोगों को ध्यान में रखते हुए लागू किया गया है ताकि जिन काॅलोनियों को नियमित किया जा रहा है उनमें आकस्मिक सेवाएं दी जा सके। यदि काॅलोनियों की सड़कें तंग होंगी तो वहां पर किसी दुर्घटना के समय अग्निशमन वाहन या अन्य जरूरी सेवाएं, सुविधाएं समय रहते दी जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि इस बार 2 एकड़ से छोटी ऐसी काॅलोनियों को भी नियमित किया गया है जोकि पहले से किसी वैध काॅलोनी के साथ लगती है ताकि उन काॅलोनियों में रहने वाले लोगों को भी सरकार की ओर से दी जाने वाली मूलभूत सुविधाओं का लाभ मिल सके। पहले काॅलोनियों को पक्का करवने के नियम काफी कड़े थे, लेकिन आमजन की सहूलियत को ध्यान में रखते हुए हमने नियमों में ढील दी है।

इस अवसर पर नगर निगम के आयुक्त साहिल गुप्ता ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि गुरूग्राम जिले से तीन काॅलोनियों को नियमित किया गया है और तीनों ही काॅलोनियां नामतः गांव वजीरपुर स्थित वजीरपुर इंक्लेव B-44, गांव हयातपुर स्थित शहीद भगत सिंह काॅलोनी B-34 और गांव भांगरौला स्थित B-7 काॅलोनी मानेसर नगर निगम क्षेत्र के अधीन आती है। सरकार की ओर से नोटिफिकेशन के बाद से इन काॅलोनियों में नगर निगम की ओर से विकास कार्य शुरू करवा दिए जाएंगें।

इस मौके पर नगर निगम की संयुक्त आयुक्त श्रीमती अलका चैधरी, सहायक नगर योजनाकार सिद्धार्थ खंडेलवाल, एसडीओ प्लानिंग विपिन, गांव भांगरौला के पूर्व सरपंच ईश्वर सिंह, ग्राम पंचायत समिति के प्रधान जय प्रकाश, उप प्रधान किरोड़ीमल, आरडब्ल्यूए प्रधान हरपाल सिंह, निहाल सिंह, समय सिंह, वेद प्रकाश सहित अन्य व्यक्ति मौजूद रहे।
