महाराष्ट्र के मराठवाड़ा , पश्चिम महाराष्ट्र और विदर्भ के एक बड़े हिस्से में आसमान से बारिश के तौर पर बरसी आफत ने लोगों के आंख का पानी सुखा दिया है तो दूसरी तरफ जमीन पर राज कर रहे सरकारी कारकून और नेताओं के कहर ने इस जख्म को और भी गहरा कर दिया है. लोगों का कहना है कि इस दोतरफा मार के बाद अब जिंदगी का हर एक दिन कई बरसों तक मर मर के गुजरेगा और लोग अब जिंदगी से ज्यादा मौत की दुआ मांग रहे हैं.

बीते दस साल में पांच हजार से ज्यादा किसानों की आत्महत्या देख चुके इन इलाकों में अब इस आसमानी आफत औऱ सुल्तानी कहर के बाद और भी खबरें आने लगी है. बीते दस दिनों कुछ ऐसे गांव है जो लगातार पानी में डूबे हुये हैं और खाने के नाम पर बस कच्चे अनाज के दाने ही बचे हैं. हम इसे आसमानी आफत और सुल्तानी कहर इसलिए कह रहे हैं कि आसमान से बारिश इतनी बरसी की जो बीते सौ साल में भी नही हुयी .. जिस मराठवाडा और विदर्भ में तीन सौ मिलीलीटर पानी भी पूरी बरसात में नहीं बरसता था वहां इस बार तीन दिन में एक से डेढ हजार मिलीलीटर पानी बरस गया . क्या खेत क्या खलिहान क्या चूल्हा और क्या गौठान सब जगह पानी भर गया .अब तक करीब चालीस लोगों की जान चुकी है . लेकिन पशुओं के मारे जाने की संख्या तो हजारों में हैं .इसके अलावा करीब दस लाख हेक्टर में फसल पूरी तरह बरबाद हो गयी है.. बात अकेले किसानों की नहीं है दुकानों में पानी और कीचड़ भर गया तो घरों को बहा ले गया ..स्कूल , दफतर यहां तक पुलिस थानों में भी कीचड़ की मोटी परत जम गयी है. इतना ही नहीं खेतों से पांच से दस इंच तक मिटटी की परत बह गयी है इससे लोगों को अगले तीन साल तक फसल लेना मुश्किल होगा.. नुकसान का जायजा सरकारी कागजों में कुछ भी दर्ज हो लेकिन असल में ये पूरी जिंदगी उजाड़ कर गया है..

अब बात सुल्तानी कहर की …ये इसलिए कि मुगल शासन काल में जब लोगों पर सूखे या बाढ़ का असर होता था तब भी सरकार की तरफ से वसूली की जाती थी और लोगों को राहत नहीं दी जाती थी तब से ये सुल्तानी कहर कहलाने लगा ..अब नये जमाने के सुल्तान सरकारी बाबू और नेता भी यही कह रहे हैं. सीएम देवेंद्र फणनवीस से एक किसान ने पूछा कि मुआवजे की बात तो कर रहे हो दोगे कितना तो सीएम ने उसी को सुना दिया यहां राजनीती मत करो .बाद में पुलिस उसे खदेड़ कर बाहर ले गयी. अजित दादा पवार से पूछा कि कैसे राहत दोगे तो वो पूछने वाले को ही बोलने लगे कि इसको ही नेता बना दो हम तो यहां गोटियां खेलने आये हैं लगता है.. एक और मंत्री गिरीश महाजन से बात की तो उन्होने बोल दिया कि मैं जेब में पैसे लेकर नहीं घूमता पहले सर्वे होगा फिर मदद मिलेगी.. दूसरे डिप्टी सीएम ने मदद भेजी लेकिन सब पर अपनी तस्वीर छाप दी तो किसानों ने उनको भगा दिया … ये सुल्तानी अदा नहीं तो क्या है.

इस बाढ़ के आने का कारण वैसे तो अति बारिश है लेकिन इसने सारे सरकारी इंतजाम की पोल खोल दी है.. मराठवाड़ा मे जब एक डैम का पानी बढ़ने लगा तो दो दिन तक डैम के दरवाजे ही नहीं खुल पाये इससे पानी पांच किलोमीटर तक फैल गया .. जब अफसरों से पूछा कि ऐसा कैसे हुआ तो कह रहे है कि जंग लग गयी थी कभी गेट खोलने की बारी ही नहीं आयी .अब सिंचाई घोटाले के नाम पर करोड़ों रुपये डकार लेने वाले नेताओ और अफसरों से कौन पूछे कि कम से कम डैम के गेट को तो ठीक कर लेते. उधर किसानों को मुआवजा देने के नाम पर भी रोज राजनीती हो रही है. सरकार कह रही है कि अभी 8 हजार रुपये प्रति किसान मुआवजा देंगे लेकिन बाद में इसे और भी देंगे. कितना ये किसी को पता नहीं . सरकार ने तो फसल बीमा से नुकसान का पैरामीटर ही बदल दिया पहले ये तीन हेक्टेयर तक 13 हजार रुपये तक था जिससे किसान को कम से इतना मिल जाता कि अगली फसल खरीद लेता लेकिन अब इसे घटाकर दो हेक्टेयर और प्रति हेक्टेयर आठ हजार कर दिया गया है. फसल बीमा में भी नुकसान का आंकलन फसल की कटाई के बाद कम हुए उत्पादन पर होता है लेकिन जब फसल ही नहीं होने वाली तो नुकसान का आंकलन कैसे होगा..

किसान नेता और विधायक रविकांत तुपकर की तरफ से एक बात और कही जा रही है कि सरकार ने जिस दिन किसानों के लिए करीब तीन हजार करोड़ रुपये की पहली मदद राशि जारी करने का प्रस्ताव केबिनेट में दिया उसी दिन एक बंदरगाह बनाने के लिए भी उतनी ही राशि जारी कर दी जबकि वो बंदरगाह दस साल में बनना है .सवाल ये है कि बंदरगाह का काम तो कुछ साल टल सकता था ..दूसरी तरफ सरकार का खजाना खाली है.. पहले से ही सरकार पर नौ लाख करोड़ रुपये का कर्ज है. अकेले पीडब्लयू डी विभाग जो सरकारी इमारतें और ग्रामीण सड़के बनाता है उसके ठेकेदारों का नब्बे हजार करोड़ रुपये बकाया है जिसे सरकार दे नहीं पा रही है इसलिए सब काम बंद है और अब इन किसानों के लिए सरकार पैसा कहां से लाये ..मांग हो रही है किसानों का 50 हजार रुपये तक का कर्ज माफ हो लेकिन सरकार के पास पैसा नहीं सो वो केंद्र के पास कटोरा फैला रही है.. पीएम अक्टूबर में नवी मुंबई के एयरपोर्ट का उदघाटन करने आ रहे हैं तब वो घोषणा कर सकते हैं तब तक किसानों को चुप रहने कहा गया है.

मराठवाड़ा और विदर्भ का इलाका सूखे के लिए जाना जाता रहा है वहां के लोंगों कि जिंदगी तो एक एक बूंद पानी के लिए तरसती है और अब इतना पानी है कि घरों और खलिहानों से निकल नही रहा. ये बाढ़ जितनी आसमानी आफत है उतनी ही जमीनी भी .कभी इस इलाकों में पानी के बांधों से गाद नहीं निकाली गयी. जब कहा गया तो सिंचाई विभाग ने कह दिया उनके पास डैम से गाद निकालने की कोई तकनीक नहीं..डैम की कैपेसिटी एकदम कह हो गयी इसलिए ज्यादा बारिश आने पर डैम ओवरफ्लो हो गये .. इतना ही नही पानी के बंटवारे के इंतजाम भी नहीं थे ..पूरा मराठवाड़ा और विदर्भ जमीन से बोरवेल से पानी निकालने पर निर्भर है.. विदर्भ के गोसीखुर्द डैम का काम तो 40 साल से चल रहा है .इसी पर पीएम मोदी ने अब अपने सहयोगी बन गये एनसीपी के अजित पवार पर 70 हजार करोड़ के करप्शन का आरोप लगाया था..

अब मंहगाई बढ़ेगी..

इस इलाके में सोयाबीन और कपास के साथ साथ गन्ना और प्याज की फसल भी बड़े पैमाने पर होत है. संतरा अनार और बाकी फल भी लगाये जाते हैं लेकिन इस बार फसल पर ऐसा पानी फिरा है कि अगली फसल अब अप्रैल मे ही आयेगी यानी एक फसल का नुकसान होगा जिसके चलते अगले महीने से ही दामों में आग लग सकती है. मसलन प्याज की बात करें अभी प्याज के दाम 25 रुपये कितो तक ही है और थोक में दाम 1500 रुपये क्विंटल तक ही है .इसलिए कि लोग नयी फसल आने से पहले पुराना स्टाक निकालते हैं और नयी फसल अक्टूबर के बीच तक आना शुरु हो जाती है लेकिन बारिश के कारण बड़ी मात्रा में पुराना स्टाक भीगकर खराब हो गया और अब नया स्टाक आने वाला नहीं है जाहिर है सप्लाई कम होगी तो मंहगाई बढ़ेगी..

अब इन किसानो और पशु गंवाकर बरबाद हो रहे किसानों को कौन समझायेगा कि जीएसटी बचत उत्सव से कैसे पैसे बचाये जायें और जब खाने को ही नहीं तो जीएसटी कहां बचा पायेंगे.. कुल मिलाकर नुकसान दो लाख करोड़ रुपये से ज्यादा का हुआ है..ये कैसे भर पायेगा इस बात की कोई तस्वीर साफ नहीं है .. सरकार पहले ही लाड़ली बहन और बाकी चुनावी योजनाओं के कारण खाली हो गयी है और अब ये आफत सामने हैं.. बस मुश्किल ये है कि अभी पंचायत औऱ नगरपालिकाओं के चुनाव होने हैं ..नेताओं को चिंता है मदद नहीं तो किसान मारेंगे ..

Scheduled to be operational by 2026, the facility will be developed in phases over the next eight years and is expected to generate approximately 2,000 direct and indirect jobs.

Strategically located near Nagpur airport, the plant will function as a Centre of Excellence for the customisation, integration, and flight testing of rotary-wing platforms, leveraging the region’s robust aviation infrastructure and logistical advantages.

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis expressed confidence in the project, highlighting Nagpur’s readiness with its existing defence production ecosystem and reiterating the state’s full support. “Max Aerospace’s decision reflects Maharashtra’s emergence as a defence and aerospace hub,” he stated. Chairman Bharat Malkani emphasized his commitment to the state, noting Nagpur’s suitability for such a high-tech initiative and praising the government’s proactive approach. The facility is set to strengthen India’s aerospace supply chain, reduce reliance on imports, and support the national “Make in India” initiative. It represents a milestone in public-private collaboration, reinforcing Maharashtra’s role in advancing India’s self-reliant defence manufacturing ambitions.

Bengaluru, 9^th June 2025: In a significant step toward inclusive rural development, Anil Agarwal Foundation’s flagship initiative, Nand Ghar has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli, to transform 100 Anganwadi Centres into modern Nand Ghars in Maharashtra. The partnership was formalized in the presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Devendra Fadnavis, reinforcing the state’s commitment to bringing inclusive development to its most underserved regions.

This initiative, undertaken in collaboration with the Department of Women and Child Development, Government of Maharashtra, will directly impact the lives of 3,900 children under 6 years of age and over 1,700 women and adolescent girls. The mordernised centres will provide early childhood education, access to nutrition meals, primary healthcare, and skill-development, creating an opportunity for holistic growth and development. The project is a testament to Maharashtra’s commitment to bridging development gaps in tribal areas through innovation and inclusive partnerships.

With 25 Anganwadis in Thane, Maharashtra already transformed into Nand Ghars, this collaboration builds on the past success and aligns with India’s Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) and Poshan 2.0. It also advances UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4 (Quality Education), 2 (Zero Hunger), and 5 (Gender Equality) placing children and women at the center of inclusive progress.

The l modernize Anganwadi centres will feature vibrant BaLA (Building as Learning Aid) designs, LED TVs for e-learning, child-friendly furniture, and essential amenities like safe drinking water, electricity, and sanitation.

Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis highlighted, “Aligned with the vision of our Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the Government of Maharashtra is committed to ensuring that every child grows up healthy, educated, and well-nourished, while also empowering women through skilling, livelihood opportunities, and holistic development. The transformation of 100 Anganwadis in Gadchiroli into Nand Ghars is a testament to what strong public-private partnerships can achieve. We look forward to expanding this impact-driven model across Maharashtra.”

The Nand Ghars will operate in two phases throughout the day. Mornings will focus on early childhood education and nutrition for children, while afternoons will have community-focused programs including health awareness sessions, micro-enterprise workshops, and skill training for over 600 pregnant and lactating mothers and 1,100 adolescent girls, enabling them to become self-reliant and financially empowered. 

Priya Agarwal Hebbar, Non-Executive Director, Vedanta Ltd., and Chairperson, Hindustan Zinc Ltd., who has been at the forefront of Nand Ghar’s expansion, emphasized the project’s long-term vision, said. “Every child deserves a safe space to learn, and every woman deserves a chance to grow and lead. With the launch of Nand Ghars in Gadchiroli, we are taking a meaningful step toward bridging gaps that have existed for generations. We are committed to our vision of Transforming for Good and hope to continue with the state government in improving health, nutrition and education outcomes for women and children in rural Maharashtra.” 

To ensure long- term impact and sustainability, Anganwadi workers will be trained to deliver e-learning content through LED TVs and tablets, while  Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs) and Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANMs) will receive specialized training to enhance access to primary healthcare and improve community health indicators.

The Zilla Parishad, Ghadchiroli, will lead coordination efforts by identifying eligible Anganwadis, appointing nodal officers, and ensuring visibility and maintenance of the upgraded centres. A joint working group will oversee the implementation and monitoring on ground to ensure seamless execution.

With a strong focus on community empowerment and equitable access to services, this project aims to create holistic rural development in tribal and underserved districts in Maharashtra.

Nand Ghar has already established over 8,300 centres across 15 states, touching the lives of millions of children and women. Most recently, , the initiative renewed its partnership with the Government of Rajasthan to establish 25,000 state-of-the-art centres across the state. The launch in Gadchiroli, marks yet another milestone in Nand Ghar’s journey towards healthier, better educated and self-reliant India.

असल में बीजेपी का हमेशा से ये प्रयोग रहा है कि महाराष्ट्र में मराठों के मजबूत वर्चस्व को तोड़ने के लिए माधव फार्मूला यानि माली धनगर और वंजारी सारे ओबीसी को एक साथ लाया जाये और मराठा बनाम ओबीसी को तेज किया जाये जिससे मराठा अगर एक तरफ जायें तो पूरा ओबीसी बीजेपी के साथ आ जाये .इसका फायदा बीजेपी को 2014 और 2019 के लोकसभा चुनाव में मिला भी लेकिन अब बीजेपी उससे एक कदम आगे बढ़ गयी है. राजनीतिक विश्लेषक मानते है कि संघ की सलाह पर बीजेपी ने मराठा वोट बैंक को ही अब कई खानों में बांट दिया है. एकनाथ शिंदे के तौर पर मराठा सीएम बनाकर पहले तो शिवसेना का वोट बैंक तोड़ा फिर कुछ दिन बाद अजित पवार को लेकर शरद पवार के मराठा वोट बैंक में सेंध लगा दी.

इतना ही नहीं दूसरी तरफ जब मराठों ने अपने राजनीतिक वजूद की ताकत दिखाने के लिए मराठा आऱक्षण का आंदोलन शुरु किया तो पहले तो मराठों को कुनबी यानि ओबीसी और गैर कुनबी में बांट दिया . इस आंदोलन को लेकर मनोज जरांगे नाम का एक मराठा युवक बहुत लोकप्रिय हुआ उसके पीछे पूरा समाज खड़ा दिखाई दिया लेकिन सरकार ने उसकी कुछ मांगे मानी कुछ नहीं और आखिर में मराठा आरक्षण का केवल प्रस्ताव विधानसभा में पास कर दिया तो अगले ही दिन मनोज जरांगे को भी शब्दजाल में फंसा कर डिसक्रेडिट कर दिया . मजबूरन मनोज जरांगे को अपना आंदोलन बीच में ही छोड़ना पड़ा . इससे पूरा मराठा समाज निऱाश है .
दूसरी तरफ छगन भुजबल की लीडरशिप में ओबीसी ने बिना कुछ हिंसा के अपना अधिकार बचाये ऱखने के लिए जमकर दवाब बनाया और सरकार को मजबूर किया कि वो मराठों को ओबीसी में शामिल करने के बजाय अलग से आरक्षण दे जबकि पचास प्रतिशत की सीमा के चलते जातिगत आधार पर अलग से ये आरक्षण देना कानूनी तौर पर नहीं टिकेगा . अब ओबीसी को संदेश साफ है कि इतना बड़ा आंदोलन करके भी मराठा समाज को कुछ नहीं मिला.

इस सबसे मराठा नेताओं को अपनी राजनीतिक जमीन खिसकती नजर आ रही है इसलिए वो मजबूरी में ही सही लेकिन किसी भी हालत में बीजेपी के साथ जाने तैयार नही है. उनका वोटर इसके लिए तैयार नहीं लेकिन नेताओं को खुद को बचाना है इसलिए वो बीजेपी के साथ जाकर मोदी लहर में ही जीतना चाहते हैं. कांग्रेस के अशोक चव्हाण जैसे दिग्गज नेता भी इस मोह से नहीं बच पाये और बीजेपी चले गये . और भी करीब 15 मराठा नेता एक एक करके बीजेपी का दामन थाम रहे हैं. उधर शरद पवार की ये आखिरी पारी है सो वो कितना मराठा वोट ले पायेंगे ये तो चुनाव में ही पता चल पायेगा लेकिन उनके ही परिवार में फूट पड़ गयी है . बेटी के खिलाफ ही पवार परिवार की बहू लोकसभा चुनाव लड़ना चाहती है.

महाराष्ट्र के इतिहास पर नजर डालें तो मुगल काल और आदिलशाही में यही हुआ था मराठा अपने घर और वतनदारी को बचाने के लिए अलग अलग खेमें में बंटे हुए थे और बाहरी राज कर रहे थे तब सोलहवी सदी के अंत में मराठा छत्रपति शिवाजी महाराज ने मराठों के मतभेद खत्म कर एक साथ किया और स्वराज्य की बात की लेकिन अब इतिहास फिर से खुद को दोहरा रहा है. मराठा अब तक सत्ता पर हावी रहे हैं .एक या दो बार को छोड़कर मराठा ही मुखयमंत्री बनता है और राज्य की सहकारी चीनी मिलों से लेकर शिक्षण संस्थानों तक पर उनका ही राज रहा है लेकिन अब ये पकड़ छूट रही है . अगर मराठों की राजनीतिक ताकत कम हुयी तो इसका खामियाजा पूरे समाज पर होगा .
