										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><b>Bengaluru July 7,2025:</b> The recently concluded quarter has been a very fulfilling one, recording consolidated revenue growth of approximately 31% when compared to the same period in the previous financial year despite multiple pauses in demand during the quarter, majorly due to volatility in gold prices and geopolitical tensions.</p>
<p>Our India operations witnessed revenue growth of approximately 31% during Q1 FY2026 as compared to Q1 FY2025, driven primarily by robust Akshaya Tritiya and wedding demand.</p>
<p>The quarter recorded healthy same-store-sales-growth of approximately 18%.</p>
<p>Our international operations recorded revenue growth of approximately 31% when compared to the same period during the previous financial year. In the Middle East, we witnessed revenue growth of approximately 26% for Q1 FY2026 as compared to Q1 FY2025 driven predominantly by same-store-sales-growth. International markets contributed approximately 15% to our consolidated revenue for the recently concluded quarter.</p>
<p>Our digital-first jewellery platform, Candere, recorded a revenue growth of approximately 67% during the recently concluded quarter as compared to the same period during the last year. Candere launched its brand campaign during the second half of May 2025. We are encouraged by the significant improvement in showroom footfalls, web traffic and revenue growth for the period post the launch of the brand campaign when compared to the corresponding period in the previous year.</p>
<p>During the recently concluded quarter, we launched 10 Kalyan showrooms in India, 1 Kalyan showroom in the US and 8 Candere showrooms in India.</p>
<p>The ongoing quarter has started off well and we are upbeat about the upcoming new showroom launches, gearing up with fresh collections and campaigns for the upcoming festive and wedding season across the country. As communicated earlier, during FY 2026, we plan to launch 170 showrooms across Kalyan and Candere formats &#8211; 75 Kalyan showrooms (all FOCO) in non-south India (including 5 larger-format flagship Kalyan showrooms), 15 Kalyan showrooms (all FOCO) across south India and international markets and 80 Candere showrooms in India.</p>
<p>As of June 30, 2025, our total number of showrooms across India and the Middle East stood at 406 (Kalyan India – 287, Kalyan Middle East – 36, Kalyan USA – 2, Candere – 81).</p>
<p><i>The metrics and other details provided above are subject to Limited Review process by our Statutory Auditors. Post approval of the results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 by the board of directors, a detailed information update will follow. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><b>Bengaluru, 08 May 2025: </b>The company recorded consolidated revenue of Rs 25,045 crore in FY25 as against Rs 18,516 crore in the previous financial year, a growth of 35%. Consolidated PAT for FY25 was Rs 714 crore as against a PAT of Rs 596 crore in the previous financial year.</p>
<p>Consolidated revenue and PAT for Q4 FY25 was Rs 6,182 Cr and Rs 188 Cr respectively, a growth of 37% and 36% respectively.</p>
<p>Standalone revenue (India) and PAT for Q4 FY25 was Rs 5,350 Cr and Rs 185 Cr respectively, a growth of 38% and 41% respectively.</p>
<p>Middle East revenue and PAT for Q4 FY25 was Rs 784 Cr and Rs 12 Cr respectively, a growth of 26% and 22% respectively.</p>
<p>Our lifestyle jewellery platform Candere, recorded a revenue of 28 Crs and net loss of 12 Crs for Q4 FY25.</p>
<p>Mr Ramesh Kalyanaraman, Executive Director, Kalyan Jewellers India Limited said, “We had an excellent start to the current financial year despite continuing volatility in gold prices carrying forward the momentum in business from the previous financial year. We witnessed robust growth in our Akshaya Tritiya sale this year and we continue to see encouraging momentum in consumer demand, especially around the wedding purchases during the current quarter.”</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Bengaluru, 07 January 2025: </strong>The recently concluded quarter has been a very fulfilling one recording consolidated revenue growth of approximately 39% when compared to the same period in the previous financial year.</p>
<p>Our India operations witnessed revenue growth of approximately 41% during Q3 FY2025 as compared to Q3 FY2024, led by very strong festive and wedding demand across both gold and studded categories. The quarter recorded healthy same-store-sales-growth of approximately 24%.</p>
<p>We launched 24 Kalyan showrooms in India during the recently concluded quarter, with a strong pipeline of showrooms set to open over the course of the current quarter.</p>
<p>In the Middle East, we witnessed revenue growth of approximately 22% when compared to the same period in the previous financial year. Middle East contributed ~11% to our consolidated revenue for the recently concluded quarter.</p>
<p>During the recently concluded quarter we launched our first showroom (Company Owned Company Operated) in the United States of America.</p>
<p>Our digital-first jewellery platform, Candere, recorded a revenue growth of approximately 89% during the recently concluded quarter as compared to the same period during the last year. We launched 23 Candere showrooms during Q3 FY 2025.</p>
<p>During the current quarter, we plan to launch 30 Kalyan showrooms and 15 Candere showrooms in India keeping us ahead of our announced showroom roll-out plan of 80 Kalyan showrooms and 50 Candere showrooms in India for FY 2025.</p>
<p>For FY 2026, we have drawn up plans to launch 170 showrooms across Kalyan and Candere formats &#8211; 75 Kalyan showrooms (all FOCO) in non-south India, 15 Kalyan showrooms (all FOCO) across south India and international markets and 80 Candere showrooms in India. We have already started signing LOIs for the Franchisee Owned Company Operated (FOCO) showrooms planned for the next financial year in India and international markets.</p>
<p>During the recently concluded quarter, we launched 46 net showrooms across Kalyan andCandere formats taking the total number of showrooms as on 31st December 2024 to 349 (Kalyan India – 253, Kalyan Middle East – 36, Kalyan USA – 1, Candere – 59).</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong> </strong><strong>Bengaluru, 31 July 2024:</strong> In response to the devastating flash floods and landslides that have tragically struck Wayanad, Kerala, TS Kalyanaraman, Managing Director of Kalyan Jewellers, has pledged Rs. 5 crores to the Kerala Chief Minister&#8217;s Distress Relief Fund (CMDRF). This contribution aims to provide much-needed support to the rescue, relief and rehabilitation efforts in Wayanad.</p>
<p>“As a company with roots in Kerala, it is heart-wrenching to see our fellow Keralites suffering due to these unexpected landslides and floods. The devastation in Wayanad has not only claimed numerous lives but also displaced families, destroyed homes, and disrupted livelihoods. Our thoughts and prayers are with those affected during this challenging time,” said Mr Kalyanaraman.</p>
<p>Kalyan Jewellers has a long-standing tradition of giving back to the community, and this contribution is a continuation of its ongoing efforts to support disaster relief and recovery initiatives in the state. The recent natural disaster has resulted in significant loss of life and property, with over 160 reported deaths and many more injured and missing. Rescue operations are ongoing, with multiple agencies working tirelessly to assist those in need.</p>
<p>“Kerala is our home and we are committed to standing with our people and contributing to the relief efforts. This is a small token of our solidarity and support to providing immediate assistance, and we are prepared to do more if the need arises,” Mr Kalyanaraman added.</p>
<p>The Kalyan Jewellers team extends their deepest sympathies to the families who have lost their loved ones and those who are struggling to cope with the aftermath of this disaster. They also extend their gratitude to the government authorities, rescue teams, and volunteers who have been working tirelessly to mitigate the impact of the disaster and provide relief to those in distress. The company remains committed to supporting these efforts and stands in solidarity with the people of Wayanad during this difficult period.</p>
