The mela featured over 30 stalls that became a focal point for regional entrepreneurship and culinary diversity. Members of the Ladies Club and local Self-Help Groups presented an array of traditional North Eastern delicacies, ethnic handicrafts, and sustainable products made from areca and bamboo. This collective effort not only highlighted the creative talents of the local community but also promoted eco-friendly innovations, such as the organic food products and handmade toys that drew significant interest from visitors and district officials alike.

Community participation was further enriched through a series of cultural performances and inclusive activities. Troupes from the Bodoland Territorial Region and Guwahati captivated the audience with traditional music and dance, while NTPC employees and their families managed game stalls and musical sets. The atmosphere of inclusivity was bolstered by the participation of Bal Bhawan and the creative involvement of various departments, ensuring that the mela functioned as a true confluence of diverse stakeholders.
