Bengaluru, December 10th, 2025: India’s leading tyre manufacturer, JK Tyre & Industries Ltd., today announced the launch of four new Off-the-Road (OTR) tyres at the 13th edition of South Asia’s largest construction equipment trade fair, CII EXCON 2025, being held at Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), Bangalore.

The products were unveiled by Dr. R. Mukhopadhyay Director (R&D), JK Tyre & Industries, at the exhibition. The newly introduced products further expand JK Tyre’s OTR portfolio and reinforce the brand’s commitment to powering innovation across the construction and mining industries.

At the exhibition, JK Tyre unveiled its all-new SKY GRIP tyre, engineered specifically for Aerial Work Platforms (AWPs) and Boom Lifts used across construction, infrastructure maintenance, warehousing and industrial operations. The 355/55D625 SKY GRIP is designed to offer enhanced stability, superior traction and consistent performance at elevated working heights. These tyres are compatible with articulated and telescopic boom lifts, telehandlers & rough terrain aerial platform, providing safer mobility and greater operational reliability across diverse terrains and surfaces.

JK Tyre also introduced three additional OTR tyres designed for critical industrial and mining applications. The 14.00-25 GTL PLUS has been developed for backhoe loaders, offering strong stability, durability and dependable performance during frequent loading and excavation operations. The 23.5-25 GTL PLUS variant supports wheel loaders with improved traction and endurance on demanding surfaces. For underground mining requirements, the 14.00-20 VEM AS-UG features a reinforced casing and specialised compound designed to withstand abrasive environments and the rigorous duty cycles of shuttle cars.

The inauguration ceremony was graced by Dr. Raghupati Singhania, Chairman & Managing Director, JK Tyre along with Dr. Manish Jaiswal, Director, NATRAX, and other senior dignitaries.

The technologically advanced machine is complaint with ECE R117 regulation which assesses vehicle safety by measuring wet braking performance of tyres worn close to the legal tread depth limit of 1.6mm. It will facilitate the preparation of worn tyre samples across C1 (passenger car), C2 (light commercial), and C3 (heavy truck/bus) categories to support WGWT (Wet Grip on Worn Tyre) testing at NATRAX. This will enable comprehensive safety validation across all vehicle segments.

The scholarship helps families overcome financial barriers that often restrict higher education for girls. In just two years, more than 320 young women have already benefitted, and this year the programme will expand to cover 500 meritorious students pursuing undergraduate education across five states viz. Bengaluru, May 20, 2025: JK Tyre & Industries Ltd., a leading tyre manufacturer in the Indian Tyre Industry, today announced its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Demonstrating its commitment to value creation, the Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of Rs.3 per equity share i.e. 150% for the Financial Year 2025.

Commenting on the results, Dr. Raghupati Singhania, Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) said:  despite a challenging and uncertain global economic landscape, JK Tyre delivered a promising performance in FY2025, gaining significant momentum in the fourth quarter. In the domestic market, JK Tyre recorded a healthy uptick in both replacement and OEM segments compared to the same quarter last year. This growth reflects not only the Company’s robust brand equity and deep market reach but also the positive macroeconomic environment and growing automotive demand.

Exports grew by 4% quarter-on-quarter, underscoring the Company’s strong international presence and competitive product offerings.

Consolidated EBITDA for Q4 stood at Rs. 384 crores, up 15% on QoQ basis, driven by higher volumes and improved operational efficiencies, even as raw material costs remained high. Profit Before Tax (PBT) surged to Rs. 144 crores, a jump of 79% QoQ, highlighting the Company’s sharp execution and cost control.

JK Tyre’s subsidiary companies—Cavendish Industries Ltd. (CIL) and JK Tornel, Mexico—continued to make strong contributions to the Company’s overall revenues and profitability, reinforcing JK Tyre’s integrated global strategy and diversified footprint.

The Company’s ongoing push toward premiumisation is yielding positive results. Premium products such as Levitas Ultra, Smart Tyre, Ranger Series, and Puncture Guard tyres in the Passenger Vehicle segment, along with the XF, XM, and XD series in the Commercial segment, are witnessing increasing market preference, strengthening JK Tyre’s position in the value-added product space.

This milestone reflects JK Tyre’s steadfast commitment to green technology and reducing carbon footprint through continuous R&D excellence.

The certification, granted under the globally recognised International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC plus) framework, validates the use of traceable and responsibly sourced renewable and recycled raw materials, further reinforcing the company’s dedication to environmental responsibility and circular manufacturing practices.

Developed in August 2023, India’s first passenger car radial tyre made with 80% sustainable, recycled, and renewable materials was put to rigorous evaluation and testing. The UX Royale Green is the result of over a decade of dedicated research by JK Tyre’s Global Tech Centre. The company’s R&D team has been focused on developing alternative solutions to replace conventional petroleum-based materials with sustainable options.
