On the occasion of World Environment Day, the Capacity Building Commission conducted a Samuhik Charcha focused on public leadership, sustainability, and community participation through the lens of a specific case study on pond rejuvenation and ecosystem-based groundwater recharging in Udham Singh Nagar. Led by CBC Chairperson S. Radha Chauhan, alongside Member of Administration Alka Mittal and Secretary Jagdeep Gupta, the interactive session brought together the entire CBC team to deliberate on critical issues such as sustaining community behavioral changes and deriving actionable governance lessons for public servants.
