The programme aims to sensitise officer trainees to critical areas such as corporate finance, competition regulation and insolvency law, while aligning the curriculum with their professional roles and responsibilities. Participants will gain insights into the management of company affairs, powers and investigative functions of the Competition Commission of India, regulatory governance, anti-competitive practices, debt and default, data-driven decision-making, drafting and legislative intent, and the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process. The training also covers the roles of the National Company Law Tribunal and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, providing practical exposure to contemporary corporate and insolvency frameworks.
