The building covers a plinth area of 6,628 square feet and sits on a plot area of 13,825 square feet. It includes a total of nine rooms, with three rooms having attached toilets. Additionally, there are common toilets available for use. The facility also features a spacious living area, garage, vehicle shed and rooms for housekeeping staff and security guard. The building is complemented by a front portico and a beautifully maintained front lawn, offering a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing environment for its guests.
