PESB has recommended the name of Shri V Packirisamy for post of  Director (Commercial) of Power Finance Corporation (PFC) Limited, . He has been recommended for  the post by the . currently , he is serving as Executive Director (Entity Appraisal and IT) in the same organisation. A total of 10 professionals  were interviewed by the PESB for the  position. These include senior executives from PFC , REC , IREDA , IndianOil and , IRCON International Limited .

Shri Anand Bhatia belongs to the Indian Railway Services of Engineers (IRSE) of 1988 batch .He is working as an Additional Member (Civil Engg.), the Railway Board since 16th January, 2025.

He has over 35 years of enriched and varied experience in Railways, especially in the execution and management of Railway Projects in various capacities like Senior Deputy General Manager, Divisional Railway Manager, Additional Division Railway Manager etc.
