<p>A total of Six Countries will participate in the inaugural World Cup. Australia, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, United States of America and the host India.  Five participating teams are scheduled to arrive in New Delhi on November 10, ahead of the grand inauguration ceremony on November 11 at Modern School Barakhambaa New Delhi. The tournament will feature 15 league matches, two semi-finals, and a grand finale. Pakistan will play all the matches at the neutral venue at Colombo Sri Lanka.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Bengaluru, October 07,2025: </strong>IndusInd International Holdings Ltd (IIHL), Mauritius, which had previously acquired a 51% stake in the Sterling Bank, Bahamas in September 2022, has now completed the acquisition of the remaining 49% equity. The acquisition was made through IIHL’s wholly owned subsidiary, IIHL (Capital), Mauritius.</p>
<p>IIHL with a net worth of US$1.26 billion as of August 31, 2025, has a diversified investment portfolio across the BFSI sectors. IIHL is the promoter of IndusInd Bank Limited, India’s fifth-largest private sector bank, serving over 42 million customers through a nationwide network of over 6,100 touchpoints, with a business size exceeding US$86 billion.</p>
<p>Speaking on the development, <strong>Mr Ashok P. Hinduja, Chairman, IIHL, Mauritius</strong>, said, <em>“This acquisition enables IIHL to expand globally, combining our decades of experience with global best practices. It strengthens our ability to deliver long-term value to our shareholders and customers. Together with our recent acquisitions, this positions us well to achieve our target of a <strong>US$50 billion global market capitalisation by 2030 in the BFSI sector</strong>.”</em></p>
<p>The acquisition of Sterling Bank &amp; Trust Limited forms part of IIHL’s broader strategy to evolve into a global financial powerhouse within the BFSI sector. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><b>Bengaluru, August 21, 2025</b>: Reinforcing its commitment to expanding its MSME outreach, IndusInd Bank has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of MSME. Through this strategic collaboration, the Bank will work towards accelerating credit delivery and extending comprehensive financial support to over 6.7+ crore Udyam-registered Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) across the country.</p>
<p>The MoU was signed in New Delhi, in presence of the esteemed dignitaries &#8211; Shri Jitan Ram Manjhi, Union Cabinet Minister of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Govt. of India, Shri S.C.L. Das, IAS, Secretary-Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India, Smt. Mercy Epao, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Micro, Small &amp; Medium Enterprises in the Govt. of India, Dr. Subhransu Sekhar Acharya, Chairman &amp; Managing Director, The National Small Industries Corporation Ltd. (NSIC), Mr. Gaurav Gulati, Director of Finance, NSIC, and Mr V. Raghunath, EO to CMD, DGM Finance, NSIC.</p>
<p>IndusInd Bank will extend customized banking solutions to MSMEs associated with NSIC, including working capital, term loans, and structured credit facilities. The collaboration complements NSIC’s flagship initiatives such as the Credit Facilitation Scheme and the Single Point Registration Scheme, which enables the MSMEs to access bank finance more efficiently and benefit from preferred treatment in government procurement. These combined efforts will empower these enterprises to secure timely credit, participate more effectively in larger markets, and scale operations sustainably.</p>
<p>This MoU is part of IndusInd Bank’s larger mission to strengthen the MSME sector by combining NSIC’s trusted ecosystem with the Bank’s financial expertise and digital capabilities, thus bridging credit gaps, and contributing to the Government of India’s vision of fostering self-reliance and inclusive economic progress.</p>

<p><b>Bengaluru, August 11, 2025:</b> IndusInd Bank today announced the launch of ‘Indus StartUp Banking’, a comprehensive banking programme designed to empower early-stage startups in India. Through this initiative the Bank will provide a full-stack of banking facilities, credit, and beyond-banking services to support new-age ventures from inception to scale.</p>
<p>With over 1.75 lakh DPIIT-recognised startups, India is home to the third-largest startup ecosystem globally. Through this programme, IndusInd Bank seeks to partner with the founders to offer flexible and customised solutions that will enable them to focus on building their core business, while the bank takes care of their operational and financial needs. Crafted for business owners who seek a seamless and intuitive experience, the platform offers a unified interface that brings together all banking needs &#8211; across payments, loans, collections, and account insights &#8211; into a single platform. INDIE for Business empowers entrepreneurs with greater control, efficiency, and transparency, helping them focus on growing their enterprise while this digital platform takes care of their financial operations. The platform is accessible via mobile application (android &amp; iOS) and web browser.</p>
<p>Through INDIE for Business, IndusInd Bank aims to reach over 60 million enterprises within India’s MSME segment, offering a powerful suite of features tailored to their evolving needs. The platform incorporates several industry-first features, such as a 360° view of all business accounts, real-time tracking of loan balances, EMIs and due dates, digital self-onboarding, along with seamless profile switching for entrepreneurs managing multiple entities. Businesses can also make bulk payments for salaries and vendors, pay GST, income tax, and customs duties directly from the platform, and authorize transactions on-the-go using a digital approval workflow with role-based access for sub-users like accountants or finance staff, providing added operational flexibility while upholding a secure and structured framework.</p>

<p><b>Bengaluru, June 20, 2025: </b>IndusInd Bank announced that it has received the Digital Payments Award 2023-24 from the Department of Financial Services (DFS), Ministry of Finance &#8211; Government of India. <b>The Bank earned this recognition by securing third position among private sector banks for delivering outstanding performance in digital payments during the financial year 2023–24. </b>The award ceremony, which took place on June 18, 2025, at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi, was graced by the Union Minister of Finance Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman as the Chief Guest, and Shri Pankaj Choudhary, Minister of State for Finance as the Guest of Honour, among other dignitaries.</p>

<p>The MoU is a significant step towards encouraging a robust &#8216;banking and beyond banking&#8217; ecosystem, promoting innovation and sustainable growth for startups across sectors and stages. It reflects IndusInd Bank’s ongoing commitment to bolster the startup ecosystem and support their growing contribution to the Indian economy.</p>
<p>The MoU aims to support Indian startups across various stages and sectors by providing access to customized banking solutions, including cash management services, working capital support, and credit facilities—enabling them to manage their financial operations with greater efficiency. In addition, startups will gain exclusive access to IndusInd Bank’s extensive network and strategic ecosystem partnerships, helping them enhance visibility, attract investments, and concentrate on innovation and scalable growth.</p>
<p>As part of the collaboration, IndusInd Bank will conduct a series of workshops and knowledge sessions to build startup capabilities across key financial areas. These sessions will cover Basics of banking, Equity infusion, ESOP implications, Segment-based funding etc. Additionally, the Bank will offer operational support such as payroll and attendance management solutions to start ups as a part of the MoU.</p>
