Dr. Chatterjee highlighted the enduring partnership between corporates and implementing agencies, which has fostered a silent CSR revolution bringing significant positive change to the country’s social fabric. He also discussed how advancements in AI and technology are transforming CSR monitoring and service delivery at the grassroots level, while the integration of CSR and ESG is addressing critical issues like climate change.
