She started her banking career as Probationary Officer in 1994 with Federal Bank and subsequently moved to Vijaya Bank as Financial Analyst in 2007 which got amalgamated with Bank of Baroda, where she rose to the rank of Chief General Manager in February 2025.</p>

<p>Ms Mini T. M. is a graduate in Agriculture, MBA (Finance), and a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. She is also a certified Financial Risk Manager from GARP, USA apart from having insights through Strategic Leadership for Transforming Tomorrow from IIM Ahmedabad (with Alumni Status).</p>

This collaboration aims to deliver customized financial solutions benefitting Ashok Leyland’s channel partners.</p>
<p>The MoU was signed by Mr. C. Neelakantan, Head &#8211; Treasury and Direct Taxation, Ashok Leyland and Mr. Saurabh Dalmia, Head – Cash Management, Indian Bank in the presence of Ms. Madhavi Deshmukh, National Sales Head – MHCV, Ashok Leyland, and Mr. Ashutosh Choudhury, Executive Director, Ms. Roopali Singh, DGM-CMS Vertical and Mr. Munash Dalal, AGM-CMS Vertical, representatives from Indian Bank. Under this partnership, Indian Bank shall provide comprehensive financial solutions to Ashok Leyland’s M&amp;HCV dealers, addressing their diverse financial needs. The partnership will focus on offering seamless, tailored financing options to support the dealer network.</p>

Conceptualized by Goldmine Advertising, the bank’s Digital Agency on Record, the campaign uses relatable scenarios to address the social stigma and embarrassment that often accompany falling victim to online scams.</p>
<p>With the rise in digital transactions across India, cases of cybercrime and payment fraud have become increasingly prevalent. Through this campaign, Indian Bank aims to create awareness about different types of fraud while equipping customers with practical tips to safeguard themselves. This series of engaging films highlights various cyber threats and underscores the importance of vigilance in the digital age.</p>
