NEW DELHI. GAIL (India) Limited released its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, posting a standalone net profit of 1,262 crore rupees for Q4 FY26, down from 2,049 crore rupees in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. On a consolidated basis, the company achieved a net profit of 1,481 crore rupees for the quarter, supported by a standalone revenue from operations of 34,797 crore rupees and a total standalone income of 35,820 crore rupees. For the full financial year FY26, GAIL recorded a standalone net profit of 6,968 crore rupees compared to 11,312 crore rupees in FY25, alongside a consolidated net profit of 7,582 crore rupees and standalone operational revenues reaching 1,38,697 crore rupees.

The independent auditors issued an unmodified, clean opinion on both the standalone and consolidated financial sheets, underscoring the company’s solid accounting and transparent financial reporting. Management stated that performance was impacted by highly challenging market conditions, particularly severe geopolitical disruptions in West Asia that restricted liquid natural gas supplies and reduced overall operational volumes during March 2026. Despite these external global headwinds, GAIL successfully preserved its strong financial health, maintaining comfortable debt levels, a robust balance sheet, and stable liquidity across its diverse operational segments.
