Ranpara for the post of Director (Personnel) at NHPC Limited. He is currently serving as Director (Human Resources) at Grid Controller of India Limited.</p>
<p>Shri Ranpara has wide experience in the power sector, especially in HR leadership roles at Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited and its group companies. During his career, he has led HR policies for more than 60,000 employees, managed HR transition during the unbundling of Gujarat Electricity Board, introduced performance management systems, handled manpower planning and restructuring, and worked on succession planning, leadership development, employee motivation, innovation, and reskilling initiatives to support the renewable energy transition.</p>

The agreement, signed on March 31, 2026, aims to facilitate green power trading through bilateral deals and market-based mechanisms, supporting India’s clean energy transition.</p>
<p>The partnership will enhance renewable energy commercialization and market access, with both companies exploring opportunities to sell green power generated by NGEL. The MoU was signed in the presence of senior officials, including NGEL CEO Sarit Maheshwari and PTC India CMD Dr. Manoj Kumar Jhawar.</p>
