Hyderabad: 26th March, 2025: Ashoka One Mall, a venture of Ashoka Developers and Builders Limited, is set to host the much-anticipated IDL Lake 5K & 10K Run on 29th March 2025, at 5 AM onwards. Designed to bring together fitness enthusiasts, seasoned runners, and first-time participants, the event aims to promote an active lifestyle and strengthen the running culture in Hyderabad.

As part of the lead-up to the run, Ashoka One Mall hosted a Women’s Health Awareness Session, featuring Ms. Priyanka Sajja, a dedicated marathon runner and co-founder of Artha Samarth Consultancy LLP, and Dr. Vishakha, a renowned pediatric neurosurgeon in Hyderabad. The session emphasized endurance training and overall well-being, with Priyanka sharing how running and strength training transformed her health, while Dr. Vishakha reflected on the challenges and rewards of balancing a demanding medical career with her passion for fitness, which began in 2023 through the Hyderabad Runners’ KOUCH to 5K program.

The event also addressed critical health topics, including cervical cancer prevention, HPV vaccination, and menstrual hygiene, encouraging open discussions and providing attendees with practical insights into women’s health. With an enthusiastic response from participants, the session reinforced Ashoka One Mall’s commitment to creating impactful initiatives that promote awareness and community engagement.
