Hyderabad: 23^rd July, 2026: CREDAI Hyderabad, the city chapter of India’s apex body of private real estate developers, today announced the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026, scheduled to be held from 28^th – 30^th August 2026 at the Hall 1 & 3 at HITEX Exhibition Centre.

The theme for the property show is “Rate Aagadhu – Demand Thaggadhu”. The theme underscores the city’s robust real estate ecosystem, where strong buyer confidence and sustained demand continue to support steady price appreciation.
