कोरोना काल में बार बार इस बात पर चर्चा हो रही है कि वातावरण को शुद्ध कैसे रखा जाये और कैसे विषाणु से मुक्ति पायी जाये .इसमें एक कदम गाय के साथ जुडने से हो सकता है. हम ये नहीं कहते कि गौ मूत्र पीने से कोरोना भाग जायेगा लेकिन इतना तो तय है कि गौ मूत्र का सही मात्रा में सेवन आपकी इम्युनिटी बढा सकता है. इतना ही नहीं गाय का गोबर ठंडी के दिनों में घरों को गर्म रखता है तो गाय का दूध भी शरीर को मजबूत बना सकता है. जाहिर है इतने सारे फायदे देने वाली गाय की पूजा आपको कोरोना काल में मानसिक और शारीरिक फायदा दे सकती है.

हिन्दू धर्मग्रंथों के अनुसार पौराणिक काल से कार्तिक के महीने में कृष्ण पक्ष की द्वादशी तिथि  को गोवत्स द्वादशी मनाई जाती है। दीपावली के पूर्व आने वाली इस द्वादशी को गाय तथा  बछड़ों की पूजा-सेवा की जाती है। द्वादशी के दिन सुबह नित्य कर्म से निवृत्त होकर गाय तथा  बछड़े की पूजा करनी चाहिए। द्वादशी के व्रत में गाय के दूध से बने खाद्य पदार्थों का उपयोग  नहीं किया जाता है।

यदि अपने घर के आस-पास गाय-बछड़ा न मिले, तो उस परिस्थिति में गीली मिट्टी से  गाय-बछड़े की आकृति बनाकर उनकी पूजा की जा सकती है।

कैसे करें व्रत-पूजन? 

सबसे पहले द्वादशी का व्रत करने वालों को सुबह स्नानादि से निवृत्त होकर स्वच्छ वस्त्र धारण  करना चाहिए, त‍त्पश्चात दूध देने वाली गाय को उसके बछड़े सहित स्नान करवाकर दोनों को  नया वस्त्र ओढ़ाया जाता है। दोनों को फूलों की माला पहनाकर माथे पर चंदन का तिलक  लगाएं, तत्पश्चात उनके सींगों को सजाएं। अब एक तांबे के पात्र में जल, अक्षत, तिल, सुगंधित  पदार्थ तथा फूलों को मिला लें। फिर निम्न मंत्र का उच्चारण करते हुए गौ का प्रक्षालन करें।

मंत्र- 

क्षीरोदार्णवसम्भूते सुरासुरनमस्कृते।

सर्वदेवमये मातर्गृहाणार्घ्य नमो नम:।।

अर्थात- समुद्र मंथन के समय क्षीरसागर से उत्पन्न सुर तथा असुरों द्वारा नमस्कार की गई  देवस्वरूपिणी माता (गौ माता) आपको बार-बार नमस्कार करता हूं तथा आप मेरे द्वारा दिए गए  इस अर्घ्य को स्वीकार करें।

तत्पश्चात गाय को उड़द की दाल से बने हुए भोज्य पदार्थ खिलाकर निम्न मंत्र का उच्चारण  करते हुए प्रार्थना करें।

सुरभि त्वं जगन्मातर्देवी विष्णुपदे स्थिता।

सर्वदेवमये ग्रासं मया दत्तमिमं ग्रस।।

तत: सर्वमये देवि सर्वदेवैरलड्कृते।

मातर्ममाभिलाषितं सफलं कुरु नन्दिनी।।

अर्थात- हे जगदम्बे! हे स्वर्गवासिनी देवी! हे सर्वदेवमयी! मेरे द्वारा दिए गए इस अन्न को आप  ग्रहण करें तथा समस्त देवताओं द्वारा अलंकृत माता नंदिनी आप मेरा मनोरथ पूर्ण करें। इस  प्रकार गाय-बछड़े का पूजन करने के पश्चात गोवत्स द्वादशी की कथा पढ़ें अथवा सुनें। इस दिन  दिनभर का व्रत रखकर रात्रि को अपने ईष्टदेव का पूजन करके गौमाता की आरती करें,  तत्पश्चात भोजन ग्रहण करके इस व्रत को संपन्न करें।

Veer Savarkar, known as Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, was a freedom fighter, politician, lawyer, writer, social reformer, and formulator of the Hindutva philosophy. He was born on May 28, 1883 in Bhagpur village near Nasik in Maharashtra.

Savarkar is known for Hindutva ideology. He earned the nickname ‘Veer’ at the age of 12 when he led students against a group of Muslims for attacking his village.

The Shiv Sena on Tuesday said to BJP don’t try to teach us Hindutva as we are the one who supported this first .  meanwhile party chief  Uddhav Thackeray defers Nov 24 Ayodhya visit citing security reasons.

In an editorial in its mouthpiece Saamana, the Sena said the party supported Hindutva “at a time when nobody touched it… when many of you were not even born”.

“If you thought we had gone against the NDA, why didn’t you have the courage to discuss it in an NDA meeting? Did the BJP seek NDA’s permission before coming together with Mehbooba Mufti or with Nitish Kumar?”

The Uddhav Thackeray-led party also accused the BJP of throwing it out of the NDA on Balasaheb Thackeray’s death anniversary. “When everyone had gone against [Prime Minister Narendra] Modi, Balasaheb was the one who protected him. And on his death anniversary, you throw the Sena out of NDA?”

Meanwhile, expressing confidence that there would only be roars of “Shiv Sena Zindabad” in Maharashtra, the Sena warned the BJP that it was ready to face all challenges. “If you have the courage, attack us. We are ready.”

The Sena and the BJP contested the October Assembly polls together and won 161 seats between them, before the Uddhav Thackeray-led party’s insistence on equal sharing of the chief ministerial tenure led to acrimony and stalemate in government formation.

In the wake of the Supreme Court judgment on the Ramjanmabhoomi-Babri Masjid land title dispute on November 9, Mr. Thackeray had announced he would visit the temple town in Uttar Pradesh on November 24.

“The government formation process is taking time. Leaders of the three parties (Sena, NCP and Congress) are holding meetings. They are inching towards government formation. In view of these developments, Uddhavji has decided to postpone his visit to Ayodhya,” the Sena leader said.

He also pointed out at the “security concerns” in Ayodhya.
