शास्त्रों में तुलसी पूजा का विशेष महत्व है। वैसे तो साल भर ही तुलसी जी की पूजा होती है लेकिन कार्तिक मास में किया गया तुलसी पूजन और तुलसी के सामने दीपदान मनचांछित फल प्रदान करने वाला और भगवान विष्णु की कृपा दिलाने वाला होता है। यदि आप कार्तिक माह के किसी भी दिन भगवान श्रीहरि को तुलसी चढ़ा देते हैं तो इसका फल गोदान के फल से कई गुना अधिक हो जाता है।

शास्त्रों की मानें तो कार्तिक माह के शुक्ल पक्ष की एकादशी के दिन तुलसी विवाह कराने की परंपरा बेहद प्राचीन है। कुछ लोग एकादशी के दिन तुलसी विवाह कराते हैं तो वहीं कुछ लोग द्वादशी तिथि को तुलसी विवाह कराते हैं। तुलसी विवाह के लिए देव उठने का यह दिन बहुत ही शुभ माना जाता है। इस साल तुलसी विवाह गुरुवार के शुभ संयोग में 26 नवंबर को किया जाएगा।

तुलसी विवाह की विधि

देव उठनी एकादशी या फिर द्वादशी इन दोनों तिथियों में से आप जिस दिन भी तुलसी विवाह कराएं उस दिन सबसे पहले प्रातरू स्नान के बाद व्रत का संकल्प करें। और घर के आंगन में तुलसी के पौधे के पास गन्ने का मंडप बनाकर उसे तोरण से सजाएं।

इसके बाद तुलसी के पौधे को लाल रंग की चुनरी चढ़ाएं। और उन्हें श्रृंगार की वस्तुएं अर्पित करें। और तुलसी जी के पौधे के पास भगवान विष्णु जी के शालिग्राम स्वरूप को रखें और दूध व हल्दी उन्हें समर्पित करें।

तुलसी विवाह के समय मंगलाष्टक का पाठ भी जरुर करें। और दोनों के समक्ष घी का दीपक जलाकर तुलसी विवाह की कथा पढ़े या सुनें। इसके बाद घर में जो भी पुरूष मौजूद हो वो शालिग्राम जी को हाथों में लेकर तुलसी जी की सात परिक्रमा करें। और फिर शालिग्राम भगवान को तुलसी जी के बायीं ओर रख दें। अंत में आरती करके और भगवान के चरणों का स्पर्श करके सुख.समृद्धि की कामना करते हुए तुलसी विवाह संपन्न करें।

मंगलाष्टक से करें तुलसी विवाह

तुलसी विवाह हिंदू रीति.रिवाज़ों के अनुसार संपन्न किया जाता है। जिसमें मंगलाष्टक के मंत्रों का उच्चारण भी किया जाता है। भगवान शालीग्राम व तुलसी के विवाह की घोषणा के पश्चात मंगलाष्टक मंत्र बोले जाते हैं। मान्यता है कि इन मंत्रों से सभी शुभ शक्तियां वातावरण को शुद्धए मंगलमय व सकारात्मक बनाती हैं।

तुलसी विवाह के लिए कार्तिक शुक्लपक्ष की एकादशी का दिन शुभ है। इस दिन भगवान शालिग्राम के साथ तुलसी जी का विवाह उत्सव मनाया जाता है। जिस घर में बेटियां नहीं हैं। वे दंपत्ति तुलसी विवाह करके कन्यादान का पुण्य प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। विवाह आयोजन बिल्कुल वैसा ही होता हैए जैसे हिन्दू रीति.रिवाज से सामान्य वर.वधु का विवाह किया जाता है।

तुलसी का औषधीय एवं पौराणिक महत्व

तुलसी स्वास्थ्य के दृष्टि से बड़े ही काम की चीज हैं। चाय में तुलसी की दो पत्तियां चाय का जायका बढ़ा ही देती हैं साथ ही शरीर को ऊर्जावान और बिमारियों से दूर रखने में भी सहायता करती हैं।

इन्हीं गुणों के कारण आर्युवेदिक दवाओं में तुलसी का उपयोग किया जाता है। तुलसी का केवल स्वास्थ्य के लिहाज से नहीं बल्कि धार्मिक रुप से भी बहुत महत्व है। एक और तुलसी जहां भगवान विष्णु की प्रिया हैं तो वहीं भगवान श्री गणेश से उनका छत्तीस का आंकड़ा है। श्री गणेश की पूजा में किसी भी रूप में तुसली का उपयोग वर्जित है।

कोरोना काल में बार बार इस बात पर चर्चा हो रही है कि वातावरण को शुद्ध कैसे रखा जाये और कैसे विषाणु से मुक्ति पायी जाये .इसमें एक कदम गाय के साथ जुडने से हो सकता है. हम ये नहीं कहते कि गौ मूत्र पीने से कोरोना भाग जायेगा लेकिन इतना तो तय है कि गौ मूत्र का सही मात्रा में सेवन आपकी इम्युनिटी बढा सकता है. इतना ही नहीं गाय का गोबर ठंडी के दिनों में घरों को गर्म रखता है तो गाय का दूध भी शरीर को मजबूत बना सकता है. जाहिर है इतने सारे फायदे देने वाली गाय की पूजा आपको कोरोना काल में मानसिक और शारीरिक फायदा दे सकती है.

हिन्दू धर्मग्रंथों के अनुसार पौराणिक काल से कार्तिक के महीने में कृष्ण पक्ष की द्वादशी तिथि  को गोवत्स द्वादशी मनाई जाती है। दीपावली के पूर्व आने वाली इस द्वादशी को गाय तथा  बछड़ों की पूजा-सेवा की जाती है। द्वादशी के दिन सुबह नित्य कर्म से निवृत्त होकर गाय तथा  बछड़े की पूजा करनी चाहिए। द्वादशी के व्रत में गाय के दूध से बने खाद्य पदार्थों का उपयोग  नहीं किया जाता है।

यदि अपने घर के आस-पास गाय-बछड़ा न मिले, तो उस परिस्थिति में गीली मिट्टी से  गाय-बछड़े की आकृति बनाकर उनकी पूजा की जा सकती है।

कैसे करें व्रत-पूजन? 

सबसे पहले द्वादशी का व्रत करने वालों को सुबह स्नानादि से निवृत्त होकर स्वच्छ वस्त्र धारण  करना चाहिए, त‍त्पश्चात दूध देने वाली गाय को उसके बछड़े सहित स्नान करवाकर दोनों को  नया वस्त्र ओढ़ाया जाता है। दोनों को फूलों की माला पहनाकर माथे पर चंदन का तिलक  लगाएं, तत्पश्चात उनके सींगों को सजाएं। अब एक तांबे के पात्र में जल, अक्षत, तिल, सुगंधित  पदार्थ तथा फूलों को मिला लें। फिर निम्न मंत्र का उच्चारण करते हुए गौ का प्रक्षालन करें।

मंत्र- 

क्षीरोदार्णवसम्भूते सुरासुरनमस्कृते।

सर्वदेवमये मातर्गृहाणार्घ्य नमो नम:।।

अर्थात- समुद्र मंथन के समय क्षीरसागर से उत्पन्न सुर तथा असुरों द्वारा नमस्कार की गई  देवस्वरूपिणी माता (गौ माता) आपको बार-बार नमस्कार करता हूं तथा आप मेरे द्वारा दिए गए  इस अर्घ्य को स्वीकार करें।

तत्पश्चात गाय को उड़द की दाल से बने हुए भोज्य पदार्थ खिलाकर निम्न मंत्र का उच्चारण  करते हुए प्रार्थना करें।

सुरभि त्वं जगन्मातर्देवी विष्णुपदे स्थिता।

सर्वदेवमये ग्रासं मया दत्तमिमं ग्रस।।

तत: सर्वमये देवि सर्वदेवैरलड्कृते।

मातर्ममाभिलाषितं सफलं कुरु नन्दिनी।।

अर्थात- हे जगदम्बे! हे स्वर्गवासिनी देवी! हे सर्वदेवमयी! मेरे द्वारा दिए गए इस अन्न को आप  ग्रहण करें तथा समस्त देवताओं द्वारा अलंकृत माता नंदिनी आप मेरा मनोरथ पूर्ण करें। इस  प्रकार गाय-बछड़े का पूजन करने के पश्चात गोवत्स द्वादशी की कथा पढ़ें अथवा सुनें। इस दिन  दिनभर का व्रत रखकर रात्रि को अपने ईष्टदेव का पूजन करके गौमाता की आरती करें,  तत्पश्चात भोजन ग्रहण करके इस व्रत को संपन्न करें।

पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि हमारे स्वतंत्रता आंदोलन के समय कई-कई पीढ़ियों ने अपना सब कुछ समर्पित कर दिया था। गुलामी के कालखंड में कोई ऐसा समय नहीं था जब आजादी के लिए आंदोलन न चला हो, देश का कोई भूभाग ऐसा नहीं था जहां आजादी के लिए बलिदान न दिया गया हो। उन्होंने कहा, ‘बरसों से टाट और टेंट के नीचे रह रहे हमारे रामलला के लिए अब एक भव्य मंदिर का निर्माण होगा। टूटना और फिर उठ खड़ा होना, सदियों से चल रहे इस व्यतिक्रम से रामजन्मभूमि आज मुक्त हो गई है। पूरा देश रोमांचित है, हर मन दीपमय है। सदियों का इंतजार आज समाप्त हो रहा है।’

प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा, ‘राम मंदिर के लिए चले आंदोलन में अर्पण भी था, तर्पण भी था, संघर्ष भी था, संकल्प भी था। जिनके त्याग, बलिदान और संघर्ष से आज ये स्वप्न साकार हो रहा है,  जिनकी तपस्या राममंदिर में नींव की तरह जुड़ी हुई है, मैं उन सबको आज 130 करोड़ देशवासियों की तरफ से नमन करता हूं। भगवान राम की अद्भुत शक्ति देखिए। इमारतें नष्ट कर दी गईं, अस्तित्व मिटाने का प्रयास भी बहुत हुआ, लेकिन राम आज भी हमारे मन में बसे हैं, हमारी संस्कृति का आधार हैं। श्रीराम भारत की मर्यादा हैं, श्रीराम मर्यादा पुरुषोत्तम हैं।’

इसके पहले प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने अयोध्या में बुधवार को राम मंदिर निर्माण के लिए भूमि पूजन किया और मंदिर की आधारशिला रखी। भूमि पूजन समारोह में उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ और आरएसएस प्रमुख मोहन भागवत भी मौजूद थे। पुजारियों ने मंत्रोच्चारण के साथ भूमि पूजन की शुरुआत की और फिर मोदी द्वारा मंदिर निर्माण के लिए आधारशिला रखे जाने के साथ ही भूमि पूजन संपन्न हो गया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान नौ शिलाओं की पूजा की गई और मोदी ने मंदिर की नींव की मिट्टी से अपने माथे पर तिलक लगाया

He cited his development schemes like giving LPG cylinders to the poor and health insurance scheme to assert that it has never mattered to his government whether people go to temple or mosque.

“The citizenship law or the NRC have nothing to do with Indian Muslims. They have nothing to worry,” he said, accusing the Congress, its allies and “urban naxals” of spreading the rumour that Muslims will be sent to detention centres.

The citizenship law, he added, has in fact nothing to do Indian citizens.

In a clear justification of having a nationwide National Register of Citizens, he said infiltrators never “reveal” themselves unlike refugees who never “hide” their identities.

However, the Uttar Pradesh Sunni Central Waqf Board and a main litigent Iqbal Ansari, also a main litigant said they would not file a review petition.

The AIMPLB also said that it was against accepting the five-acre alternative land given for a mosque as it “will neither balance equity nor repair the damage caused” and claimed the verdict had several contradictions.

The Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind, whose former Uttar Pradesh General Secretary M Siddiq was one of the original petitioners, said it will file the review petition soon as the verdict is “not based on evidence and logic”.

Jamiat chief Maulana Arshad Madani said in a statement in Delhi that the apex court accepted most of the arguments and evidence of the Muslim parties, but delivered the judgment against them in favour of the Hindu parties.

“It is not a prestige issue. This is a matter of Sharia. We can neither give the mosque, nor take anything in lieu of it,” Madani told reporters in Lucknow.

“The committee was of the view that our review petition will be dismissed, but we have to take this step (of filing the review),” Madani told reporters.

AIMPLB secretary Zafaryab Jilani told reporters after the meeting, “The land of the mosque belongs to Allah and under the Sharia, it cannot be given to anybody.” “The Board has also categorically stated that it was against taking five-acre land in Ayodhya in lieu of the mosque. The board is of the view that there cannot be any alternative to the mosque,” he said.

The surprise development came on the last day of the hearings scheduled by the five judge-constitution bench of the Supreme Court. Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, had heard arguments from the two Hindu litigants in the case – the Ramjanmabhoomi Nyas, controlled by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, a front of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, and the Nirmohi Akhara – as well as the Sunni Waqf Board.

It is not clear why the Sunni Waqf Board has attached to its settlement proposal.

The Nyas and the Nirmohi Akhara wanted the land for the construction of a Ram temple, claiming the site as the birthplace of the Hindu god, and the former was reportedly unwilling to accept any of the conditions that the Waqf board had mooted as part of any compromise.

Chief among these was an assurance that the Hindutva groups would drop their demands that other Muslim places of worship, especially in Mathura and Varanasi, be converted to temples.

Senior advocate Rajeev Dhavan lost his cool in the apex court as lawyer Vikas Singh, representing Hindu Mahasabha, sought to place an alleged historic map of the Ram Janmabhoomi site before the Constitution Bench. But  Dhavan loudly interjected at this point and reportedly tore up the document stating that no new evidence can be admitted in court at such an advanced stage of the suit.

The unsavoury developments upset Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi also, who objected to the courtroom decorum being disturbed.

Gogoi had earlier taken a decisive view in the ongoing hearing of the Ayodhya land dispute case and said that the Supreme Court will finish hearing the matter today by 5 pm. Gogoi, visibly irked by the lawyer of  BJP leader Subramanian Swamy who approached the bench with an urgent intervention, said, “Enough is enough. There is no more time for any intervention. All parties must finish their arguments by 5 pm today,” adding that nobody apart from the recognised parties in the case will be allowed to speak in the court today.

Gogoi’s comments came amid some confusion resulting from media reports that the Sunni Waqf Board was planning to withdraw its claim from India’s oldest title suit. However, later reports clarified that the waqf  board has not yet made any such appeal to the bench.

The court is running a tight deadline to finish hearing the came, and to come up with judgment because the current CJI, also the head of the Constitution Bench, retires on 17 November. If the court fails to deliver a judgment before then, the entire matter will have to be heard afresh in front of a new judge as decided by the next Chief Justice of India.

The hearing in the case took place even as Section 144 of the CrPC, banning the assembly of four or more people, has been imposed in Ayodhya district and surrounding areas in Uttar Pradesh till 10 December, in anticipation of the judgment in the case.

Appearing for ‘Ram Lalla Virajman‘, mr Paraaran said Hindus had fought for centuries for the place believed to be the birthplace of Ram.

The five-judge Constitution bench, which is headed by Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi,closely question Mr Parasaran on various technicalities. Including the law of limitation and doctrine of adverse possession.

At the conclusion of its questioning, the Chief Justice turned to Rajeev Dhavan, who is representing the Muslim petitioners. And, in a lighter tone, asked him if he was satisfied with the court’s queries.

“Mr Dhavan, are we asking sufficient number of questions to the Hindu parties now?”. The Chief Justice said, “We are saying this on a lighter note. Not everything has to be taken seriously.
