Mr. R K Bisare, CGM, (NPM), Mr. S N Panda, CGM (HR), Mr. G R Dash, GM (HR-CLC & Projects), Mr. Rama Shankar Sharma, GM (NPM) and other senior officers were also present during the program. Ms. Sangeeta M Sindur, Senior Manager (Personnel- CLC) explained the functioning of the camp to them.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Bisare appreciated the initiative and emphasised upon strengthening such initiatives. He along with Mr. S N Panda interacted with the doctors and contract labours.

Various tests like Body Mass Index, Height, Weight, Vision Test (Eye), Blood Pressure, Random Blood Sugar, Grouping and general check up like hearing and pulse rate etc were conducted to help find and prevent the impact of diseases and keep the manpower healthy and fit for optimum performance. The identified patients were also given medicines free of cost. Awareness programme was also conducted among the contract labour regarding health concerns and to motivate them for regular health check-up.

Notably, the initiative that was started in April 2023 has covered around 14600 numbers of contract labours till date.
