										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><b>Bangalore, August 19,2025</b>: In yet another display of academic excellence, the students of Greenwood High International School have brought laurels to the school in Grade 10 Cambridge IGCSE June 2025 Series Examinations results published today. <b>Nine students have secured A Stars (A*)s in all nine subjects they registered for, while seven students have secured A*s in 8 subjects.</b><b> </b></p>
<p>Out of 1,053 subject entries across 129 students, 36% of all subject results earned the top Grade (A*s), 68% earned the top two Grades (As or A*s), while 87% earned Grades B and above.</p>

However, the constant support of my teachers, inspirational words, their help beyond school hours and timely feedback on my portfolios and assignments helped me make a smooth transition and also achieve this rare feat of highest grade in all subjects spanning sciences, humanities, art and languages”, <b>she said.</b></p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><b>Bangalore, August 01, 2025:</b>  Demonstrating incredible talent, discipline, and competitive spirit at just eight years old, Arya Chugh, a Grade 3 student of Greenwood High International School, delivered a standout performance at the State-Level Open Inter-School Swimming Competition 2025, held at the SDAT Aquatic Complex, Shenoy Nagar, Chennai. Competing against participants from schools across cities like Chennai, Bangalore, and Trichy, Arya brought home six medals across six events, including four Golds and two Silvers. Her exceptional all-around performance earned her the prestigious Individual Champion Trophy, awarded to the top performer in each grade category, a significant milestone in Arya’s young yet decorated swimming journey.<b></b></p>
<p>Arya clinched Gold medals in all her individual events, Freestyle, Backstroke, Butterfly, and Breaststroke, with timings of 20s (FS), 22s (BK), 23s (FLY), and 28s (BS) respectively. In addition to her individual sweep, she also contributed to her team’s success by winning Silver in the Mixed Relay (Grades 3–4) and Silver in the Freestyle Relay (Grades 5–6), competing alongside swimmers.</p>
<p>Having started swimming at the age of five, Arya has consistently demonstrated promise in the pool. Over the years, she has earned several accolades across various inter-school and age-group competitions, including medals at both local and regional meets. Her steady progress and commitment to the sport reflect her growing strength as a young competitive swimmer.</p>
<p><b>Sharing her excitement, Arya said: </b>&#8220;Swimming is where I feel the most confident and free—like I can do anything. I love the feeling of racing through the water and trying out new strokes. This competition was a great experience because I got to swim with so many talented kids. I’m really proud of how I performed, and I want to keep training hard, learning, and hopefully bring home many more medals in the future!&#8221;</p>

<p dir="ltr"><strong>Bangalore, April 09, 2025:</strong> Greenwood High International School has consistently upheld its commitment to community development and enhancing the well-being of those in its surrounding areas. Continuing this benevolent act and upholding social responsibility, Greenwood High donated 100 desks and 100 chairs each to two Government Primary Schools in Sompura and Tindlu, Anekal Taluk.</p>

<p dir="ltr">The sets of furniture were donated in the presence of members of the Gram Panchayat of the concerned zones, who appreciated and acknowledged the school&#8217;s dedication to community development. This initiative is an effort to enhance learning spaces for students in government schools by giving them amenities, creating a favorable environment for learning, and motivating young minds to become future leaders.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Bangalore, September 1</strong><strong>8, 2024</strong>: In a notable demonstration of teamwork, collaboration and diplomacy, Greenwood High, International Campus, Sarjapur, proudly hosted the highly anticipated GWH Model United Nations (GWH &#8211; MUN) recently. With over 560 delegates from 18 schools participating in 12 committees, the event proved to be an exhilarating platform that encouraged academic excellence, inclusivity, and diverse representation, introducing students to new avenues in critical simulations of global events and UN conferences. The event witnessed role-play by students as delegates of different countries attempting to solve real-world issues through policies and perspectives of their assigned portfolio.</p>
<p>The objective of organizing such a conference was to imbibe leadership qualities and diplomatic skills among the student participants, preparing them for future roles in international relations and global problem-solving. The grand opening ceremony saw an inspiring blend of music, culture, and intellectual discourse. Mrs. Sheila Alexander, Principal of the International Campus, delivered an empowering address, emphasizing the importance of nurturing diplomacy and negotiation skills among students. This was followed by an important panel discussion that covered important facets of international relations, foreign policy, and the fundamentals of MUN.</p>

<p>The students took on diplomatic roles in the United Nations Security Council, United Nations Human Rights Council, Disarmament and International Security Committee, North Atlantic Treaty Organization, Special Political and Decolonization Committee, Historical Crisis Committee, International Court of Justice, World Bank, International Atomic Energy Agency, Salem Witch Trials, All India Political Parties Meet and International Press Corps. This gave them the chance to hone their public speaking, diplomacy, critical thinking, and negotiation skills. Delegates were deeply involved in recreating global political crises and working towards creative resolutions, which strengthened their adaptability and persuasive communication skills. Each committee witnessed passionate debates and deliberations.</p>
<p>&#8220;The passion and commitment displayed by each delegate at GWH MUN 2024 were truly commendable, with many participants tackling complex global issues through diplomacy, critical thinking, and collaboration,&#8221; <strong>said Ms. Niru Agarwal, Managing Trustee, Greenwood High International School, in appreciation of the participants&#8217; efforts</strong>. “Their capacity to interact meaningfully with real-world problems emphasizes how crucial these experiences are in forming the next generation of leaders. The objective is to establish a setting that fosters cognitive development and worldwide consciousness, and these youthful brains have demonstrated their capacity to have a constructive influence on the global arena.&#8221;</p>
<p>The concluding event featured a brief cultural presentation, succeeded by a powerful speech delivered by Vice Principal Mr. Nishant Nagavar. In it, he raised awareness among the students about the importance of diplomacy in times of war, citing personal experiences to illustrate the need of fostering relationships through thick and thin. GWH MUN 2024 was enthusiastically welcomed by the attendees. The occasion gave students a platform to share their expertise and foster a collaborative learning atmosphere and gave them a chance to demonstrate their leadership, progressive thinking, and global perspective.</p>
