New Delhi, 27th June 2025: Incharz (Servotech EV Infra), one of India’s fastest growing Charge Point Operator and EV Charging Infrastructure developers, has signed a MoU with Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL), a JV of RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group and Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority to significantly scale up the Electric Vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across Greater Noida.

The MoU was formally signed between Sanket Srivastava, Head, PMS & Sustainability, NPCL, and Prem Prakash, CEO, Incharz. The strategic partnership is a vital step in advancing India’s clean mobility goals by enabling accessible and efficient EV charging solutions in high-traffic urban zones.

Under this partnership, the two organizations will work together to identify and develop EV charging stations in key locations such as corporate buildings, residential societies, commercial complexes, and hospitals. NPCL will play a facilitative role in recommending sites and ensuring smooth coordination with DISCOMs to reduce infrastructure setup time and cost.

To mark the first phase of a long-term vision to establish Greater Noida as a model EV-ready city, INCHARZ with NPCL already installed EV Charging stations in two residential societies. At Stellar Jeevan, we setup 7.4 and 10 kW AC chargers. Meanwhile, Ace Divino with 40 kW DC Charger along with 10 kW AC charger capable of simultaneously charging three two-wheelers.

Prem Prakash, CEO, Incharz, commented on this collaboration, “This partnership with NPCL marks a defining milestone in our journey toward building a smart and scalable EV charging network throughout the nation. It aligns perfectly with Servotech’s larger mission to solarise India and transform its cities into clean energy ecosystems. By accelerating infrastructure development and ensuring last-mile connectivity for EV users, we’re not just expanding our footprint we’re powering a future where electric vehicles will dominate the roads. Our aim is not just carbon neutrality, but to actively contribute to India’s transition toward becoming a carbon-negative nation. This MoU is a bold step in that direction.”

Sanket Srivastava, Head, PMS & Sustainability, NPCL, said, “We’re pleased to collaborate with Servotech EV Infra to strengthen the clean mobility infrastructure in Greater Noida. As we continue to promote green energy adoption, this collaboration is going to play a key role in making EV charging more accessible, reliable, and widespread.”
