<p>Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) (BSE scrip id: GODREJPRP), one of India’s leading real estate developers, announced today the acquisition of a prime ~ 26-acre land parcel in South Bengaluru, situated near Sarjapur Road. The company plans to develop a premium residential project on this land, with an estimated revenue potential of ~ INR 1,100 crore.</p>

<p><b>Bengaluru, April 08, 2025: </b>Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) (scrip id: GODREJPROP), a leading national real estate developer, announced that it has achieved its highest ever quarterly and full year bookings.</p>

<p>·         <b>Godrej Properties delivers its highest ever quarterly and full year bookings.</b></p>
</div>
<div>
<p>o    Q4 FY25 booking value grew 87% QoQ and 7% YoY to INR 10,163 crore. This was achieved through the sale of 3,703 homes with a total area of 7.52 million sq. ft. This is the highest ever quarterly booking value achieved by Godrej Properties.</p>
</div>
<div>
<p>o    This is also the 7th consecutive quarter in which GPL has delivered more than INR 5,000 crore of booking value.</p>
</div>
<div>
<p>o    FY25 booking value grew 31% YoY to INR 29,444 crore. This was achieved through the sale of 15,302 homes with a total area of 25.73 million sq. ft., a YoY volume growth of 29%. This is the highest ever full year booking value and volume announced by any real estate developer in India to date.</p>
</div>
<div>
<p>o    GPL has achieved 109% of its annual guidance for booking value for FY25.</p>
</div>
<div>
<p>o    FY 25 was the 8th consecutive financial year of booking value growth for GPL.</p>
</div>

<p>o    Sales in Q4 FY25 were driven by strong demand in several key new project launches including Godrej Riverine in Noida, which achieved a booking value of over INR 2,000 crore, Godrej Astra in Gurugram, which achieved a booking value of over INR 1,000 crore, and Godrej Madison Avenue, in Hyderabad, which achieved a booking value of over INR 1,000 crore.</p>

<p>o    NCR, MMR &amp; Bengaluru contributed more than INR 10,500 crore, INR 8,000 crore and INR 5,000 crore respectively to the booking value in FY25.</p>
