]]> NEW DELHI. REC has clarified that post-merger, the merged entity will continue to remain as a government company. PFC in its revised stock market filing, also clarified that “post-merger, the merged entity continues to remain as a Govt company…”. In a clarification filing submitted to SEBI  both companies have clarified the above status.

In their filings, both REC and PFC (in revised filing) have ensured that the merged entity will continue to remain classified as a “Government Company” under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
