श्री अरोरा ने बताया की मीटिंग में श्री गोयल ने घोषणा करते हुए कहा की प्रथम चरण में कल 16 जून से देश के 256 जिलों में जहाँ पर पहले से ही हॉलमार्किंग सेंटर्स हैं, वहां अनिवार्य रूप से हॉलमार्किंग लागू होगा ! सभी ज्वेलरी व्यापारियों को हॉलमार्किंग के लिए समय देते हुए श्री गोयल ने कहा की 1 सितम्बर तक पुराने स्टॉक पर हॉलमार्क लगाने के लिए किसी भी व्यापारी पर कोई पेनल्टी नहीं लगेगी तथा कोई माल भी जब्त नहीं होगा ! सभी ज्वेलरी व्यापारियों को केवल एक बार पंजीकरण लेना होगा जिसका कोई नवीनीकरण नहीं कराना होगा ! कुंदन एवं पोल्की की ज्वेलरी तथा ज्वेलरी वाली घड़ियों को हॉलमार्क के दायरे से बाहर रखा गया है

मीटिंग के मुख्य प्रमुख बिंदु

1)..256 जिलों में हाल मार्किंग  लागू

2)..रजिस्ट्रेशन फिश संपूर्ण रूप से समाप्त

3)..4000000 रुपए तक जिन का टर्नओवर है उनको रजिस्ट्रेशन की जरूरत नहीं

4)..पोल्की मीना कुंदन जड़ाऊ ज्वेलरी हॉल मार्किंग से बाहर

5)..1 सितंबर आपको हाल मार्किंग कराने के लिए समय दे दिया गया इस समय तक आपको अपना संपूर्ण जितना भी स्टॉक है वह हॉलमार्क करा लेना है

6).. 1 सितंबर तक तक कोई भी अधिकारी आपकी दुकान पर नहीं आएगा ना ही कोई सीजर होगा

7..एच यू आई डी फिलहाल अभी नहीं और वह सिर्फ हॉलमार्किंग सेंटर के अंडर में कर दिया गया है और उनको रिकॉर्ड रखने के लिए बोल दिया गया है

8)..मैन्युफैक्चर को भी लाइसेंस के दायरे में लाया गया अगर रिटेलर चाहता है तो वह उसका बैच नंबर पर भी मैन्युफैक्चर से माल बनवा सकता है

9)..कल से आप सभी पूरा देश का ज्वेलर्स हाल मार्किंग के अंदर आ चुका है आप सभी को पूर्ण रूप से कानून का पालन करना है तथा साथ-साथ रजिस्ट्रेशन खुद भी लेना है और सभी को दिलाना है

10).. 20 कैरेट 23 कैरेट और 24 कैरेट को भी मान्यता मिल गई है इसकी जानकारी अलग से नोटिफिकेशन जारी करके कमेटी की रिपोर्ट आने के उपरांत दी जाएगी

11).. भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो इस विषय में बहुत ही जल्द देश के समस्त ज्वेलर्स बंधुओं के लिए स एक डिटेल जारी करेगा जिसमें हर चीज की बारीकी से बताई जाएगी

12).. किसी भी कारीगर को जो दूसरों के मेटल से केवल मजदूरी पर माल बनाता है और बिलिंग नहीं करता है उसको इस कानून के दायरे में नहीं रखा गया है

After opening at its lifetime intra-day high of 47,026.02, the 30-share BSE index pared the gains to trade 141.30 points or 0.30 per cent lower at 46,749.04.

Similarly, the broader NSE Nifty slipped 44.90 points or 0.33 per cent to 13,695.80. It hit a high of 13,713.55 in early trade. It touched an intra-day high of 13,771.45.

ONGC was the top laggard in the Sensex pack, shedding around 3 per cent, followed by IndusInd Bank, HDFC twins, Bajaj Finance and Kotak Bank.

On the other hand, Infosys, HCL Tech, TCS, Nestle India and Bajaj Auto were among the gainers.

Shares of Tata Consultancy Services and Infosys touched new 52-week high on NSE on Friday after Accenture Plc announced its first quarter earnings for financial year 2021 (August ending). Post results, Accenture’s shares rose by about 7% in the US on Thursday. The company has revised its revenue growth guidance for FY21 upwards to 4-6% from 2-5% indicated at the time of announcing Q4FY20 results.

Meanwhile More companies in India are expected to line up their initial share sales in 2021, seeking to tap booming investor demand amid a rush of foreign liquidity and stronger-than-expected recovery in Asia’s third-largest economy.

According to industry experts, handsome returns reaped by investors, especially in the retail segment, will likely encourage them to look for more IPO bets next year. Indian firms raised about ₹26,000 crore via share sales this year, more than double that of last year.

Gold and silver prices fell today on some profit-taking. On MCX, February gold futures dipped 0.24% to ₹50,270 per 10 gram, snapping a three-day gain, while silver rates declined 0.6% to ₹67,882 per kg.

Sector-wise, the BSE finance, capital goods, realty, bankex, industrials, energy and health care indices rose up to 1.01 per cent, while metal, oil and gas, utilities, FMCG, and auto lost as much as 1.42 per cent.

In the broader markets, the BSE MidCap and SmallCap fell up to 0.23 per cent.

Elsewhere in Asia, bourses in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Tokyo ended with gains, while Seoul was in the red.

Stock exchanges in Europe were also largely trading on a positive note.

The global oil benchmark Brent crude futures rose 0.51 per cent to $51.34 per barrel

Silver prices rose on Tuesday, recouping yesterday’s losses that were more than 5%, as the US dollar fell against most currencies. The US administration announced that it would start distributing doses of two Covid-19 vaccines to some citizens in attempts to contain the spreading disease.

The US dollar index plunged to its lowest in more than two and a half years overnight.

Markets are closely focusing the latest updates regarding the coronavirus crisis, keeping in mind that the Trump administration intends to distribute two Covid-19 vaccines to US citizens later this month.

Decline in U.S. manufacturing activity in the month of November, and hopes that there will be a compromise in the U.S. Senate over a coronavirus relief proposal contributed to gold’s rise.

Crude oil prices drifted lower and the most active crude futures contract dropped to a one-week closing low on Tuesday, weighed down by the decision of OPEC and its allies to delay a discussion on output cuts by a couple of days.

The OPEC and its allies Russia and other major producers, who were originally set to take a call on extending output cuts beyond January, have now decided to postpone talks to Thursday.

The oil market fundamentals remain weak and point to a significant oversupply during the early point of the coming year, due to continued increase in coronavirus cases in several regions. Resumption of production in Libya from September is also contributing to fears of oversupply in the market.

Copper futures climbed to their highest level more than seven years on Tuesday, buoyed by signs of growing demand for the industrial metal, with global supplies expected to fall short of demand this year despite a dip in copper consumption tied to the pandemic.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), June gold contracts were trading higher by 0.54 percent at Rs 45,963 per 10 gram at 09:20 hours. Silver futures were up 0.32 percent to Rs 42,873 per kg.

An unprecedented move in WTI Crude oil on Monday in the US pushed both the precious metals up. WTI April contract slipped to negative for the first time in the history of the commodities futures market.

Experts are of the view that both precious metals are likely to consolidate, and investors could deploy buy on dips strategy for a target of 46100-46330 levels.

“Amidst the shortage of storage space, April contract settled negative and triggered safe-haven buying in both the precious metals. Gold futures contract crossed $1700 per troy ounce again,” kumar jain a gold expert says .

“Gold prices hold crucial support of 45300 at MCX and bounce again. We expect gold prices remain highly volatile today and 45300 is expected to hold in the domestic market, Prices sustain above 45800 could extend the rally towards 46100-46330 levels again.

International bullion prices have started marginally lower this Tuesday morning in Asian trade as the US dollar firmed this Tuesday morning.

Technically, LBMA Gold spot has bounced back from $1671 levels which remains immediate support to the counter. However, some consolidation could be expected in the coming sessions and prices may continue to trade in a range of $1670-$1705.

MCX Gold June on Monday held onto the immediate support near 45300 levels. However, upside 45900 levels remained intact and will act as resistance in the coming session. The intraday MCX Gold is expected to consolidate in a range of 45200-45900

“The jump in the price of what’s viewed by investors as a safer asset in times of political and economic uncertainty came after Iran’s missile attack on US-led forces in Iraq early on Wednesday,” said a Reuters report.

On the MCX, gold contracts for February were trading higher by Rs 562, or 1.38 percent, at Rs 41,225 per 10 gram at 0920 hours. It hit a record high of 42,278 per 10 gm.

Experts are of the view that both Gold and Silver are likely to trade higher and dips should be used to buy, and investors should avoid going short at higher levels.

On Gold, 40,400 level is likely to act as major support while Silver could find support near 47,700 levels in the domestic market.

Buy on dips strategy still working in both the precious metals as tensions escalate in the Middle East.
Gold prices sustain above $1600 could extend rally towards $1630-1640 levels and Silver prices sustain above $18.50 could extend rally towards $19-19.20 levels in the international market.

Trend strongly bullish and recommend to buy on a dip in both the precious metals and avoid short sell.
The Middle East crisis flared up again after Iran attacked military facilities in Iraq hosting American troops in its first retaliation to the killing of a top general by US forces last week. It wasn’t immediately clear whether there were casualties or major damage from the attacks. The US confirmed the attack with President Donald tweeting: “Missiles launched from Iran at two military bases located in Iraq. Assessment of casualties & damages taking place now. So far, so good! We have the most powerful and well equipped military anywhere in the world, by far! I will be making a statement tomorrow morning.”

Apart from geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, gold is likely to get further direction from US monthly non-farm payroll data, due on Friday. The US Federal Reserve will also take cues from payroll data to decide the policy path in 2020, he added.
