POWERGRID’s Naveen Srivastava Honoured with Global Sustainability Leadership Award

Shri Naveen Srivastava, Director (Operations), POWERGRID, has been conferred the “Global Icon in Sustainability Leadership of the Year 2025” award at the Global Sustainable Development Summit 2025 organised by GEEF. The award recognises his exceptional contributions to the power transmission sector and was presented by H.E. Rasmus Abildgaard Kristensen, Ambassador of Denmark, along with former Secretary Shri U. P. Singh. Shri Srivastava also delivered the Industry Keynote Address on “India’s Sustainable Green Revolution” during the summit.

Global Icon in Sustainability Leadership Award presented to POWERGRID’s Shri Naveen Srivastava

Shri Naveen Srivastava, Director (Operations), has been awarded with the “Global Icon in Sustainability Leadership of the Year 2025” award for his outstanding contributions to the Power Transmission Sector at the Global Sustainable Development Summit 2025 organised by GEEF.

The award was presented by H.E. Rasmus Abildgaard Kristensen, Ambassador, Embassy of Denmark in New Delhi, Shri U. P. Singh, Former Secretary, Ministry of Textiles, Jal Shakti, and Petroleum & Natural Gas.

Shri Srivastava also delivered Industry Keynote Address on “India’s Sustainable Green Revolution” during the summit.
