Bengaluru – September 29, 2026: Flipkart, India’s homegrown e-commerce marketplace, has partnered with Casio to provide customer walk-in after-sales service support across India, through its dedicated after-sales arm, F1 Info Services. As part of the partnership, F1 Info Services will offer repair and replacement services for Casio calculators across 23 states, along with repair services for Casio watches and Electronic Musical Instruments across select cities.

This engagement will help Casio’s customers have access to professional walk-in service support through F1 Info Services’ nationwide service network. For calculators, the service will be available across 250+ service centers, covering 228 cities and 23 states. For watches and Electronic Musical Instruments, the service will be available across 25 service centers, covering 24 cities and 17 states. The details of the service centers and addresses will be available through Casio’s official website and call centres.

The partnership aims to strengthen Casio’s post purchase service footprint in India, giving customers access to reliable, high-quality after-sales support in their nearest city. Customers with Casio products purchased in India can avail services for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty products. Participating service centers were trained by Casio and F1 Info Services through a Train the Trainer model, with technicians passing technical tests to ensure repair quality and consistency. Services will be delivered through F1 Info Services’ trained technician network, pan-India reach, and COCO (company owned, company operated) model across metro Tier-1 cities.
