Speaking in Uttara Kannada, Anant Hegde said, ‘You all know our man became the Chief Minister of Maharashtra for 80 hours, after which Fadnavis resigned. Why did they do this drama? Did he not know that he did not have a majority, yet he became the Chief Minister. This is the question that everyone is asking.

Anant Kumar Hegde further said, ‘The Center had 40 thousand crore rupees under the control of the Chief Minister. He knew that if the Congress-NCP and Shiv Sena governments come to power, they will misuse the money instead of development. Because of this, it was decided to do this entire drama. Fadnavis became the Chief Minister and in 15 hours, 40 thousand crore rupees were returned to the Center.

Fadnavis rejected Hegde’s claim. Devendra Fadnavis has rejected Hegde’s statement outright. Former Chief Minister Fadnavis said, “This statement is false. I reject it outright, the role of the Maharashtra government in the bullet train is to help the center. The Maharashtra government is limited to land acquisition only.”

Neither the Center demanded any money from Maharashtra nor the Center to Maharashtra. I have not taken any such decision while my Chief Minister is there or taking caretaker Chief Minister. The government’s finance department should investigate this and bring the truth to the public.

उनकी पांच भूलें सबसे अहम है पहला मै और बस मैं देवेन्द्र फणनवीस ने सत्ता हासिल करने के साथ ही पीएम नरेद्र मोदी की राह पर चलना शुरु कर दिया था . वो भूल गये कि मोदी ने गुजरात में पहले मिलकर सरकार चलायी उसके बाद बडे हुये देवेन्द्र पहले ही दिन से सबको निपटाने में लग गये . हालत ये हुयी कि इस बार बीजेपी शिवसेना की सरकार आसानी से बन जाती लेकिन मुंबई से लेकर दिल्ली तक कोई उनके साथ खडे होने तक नही आया. देवेन्द्र ने एकनाथ खडसे. पंकजा मुंडे .विनोद तावडे .चंद्रशेखऱ बावनकुले, प्रकाश मेहता , राज पुरोहित और किरीट सौमैया जैसे तमाम दिगगजों को घर बिठा दिया .पार्टी में भी अध्यक्ष दानवे को किनारे कर दिया था . यहां तक कि अमित शाह को लगने लगा कि देवेन्द्र अब दिल्ली की तरफ देख रहे इसलिए उन्होने पहले तो मजबूत चंद्रकांत पाटिल को अध्यक्ष बनवाया और जब सरकार बनाने की बात आयी तो मदद के लिए नही आये .

सहयोगियों से धोखा : देवेन्द्र फणनवीस के बारे मे कहा जाता है कि वो सबको पांच साल से रेवडी बांट रहे थे दे कुछ नही रहे थे . शिवसेना के साथ भी उन्होने यही किया .अमित शाह ने तो नही लेकिन देवेन्द्र ने ही सत्ता के बंटवारे का फार्मूला मान लिया था . जिससे बाद में मुकर गये .इससे उनके सबसे पुराने मित्र उदधव ठाकरे ही इतने नाराज हो गये कि उनका फोन तक लेना बंद कर दिया.

चुनावी रणनीती नाकाम.देवेन्द्र फणनवीस ने चुनावी रणनीती मे कई गलतियां की. सबसे बडी तो यही कि पार्टी की राय थी कि अलग अलग चुनाव लडा जाये लेकिन अपनी कुर्सी पक्की करने के लिए फणनवीस ने शिवसेना से समझौता किया. साथ ही उनकी चाल थी कि बीजेपी कम से कम 135 सीट पा लें ताकि शिवसेना साथ छोडे भी तो सरकार बन जाये लेकिन ऐसा कुछ नही हुआ . बीजेपी ने कम से 40 जगहों पर अपने ही बागी उम्मीदवार शिवसेना के खिलाफ उतारे ताकि कम से कम बीस जीत जाये . लेकिन ये भी नहीं हो सका .

जमीनी मुददों पर ध्यान नही दिया. सीएम फणनवीस बडे बडे प्रोजेक्टस मेट्रों .समृदिध महामार्ग पर तो बात करते रहे लेकिन किसानों की समस्या ,जमीन पर विकास . बारिश और बाढ से परेशानी , बेरोजगारी और मंदी जैसे मुद्दों पर कुछ भी ध्यान नही दिया .उनको लगा कि केन्द्र के मुददों पर ही जीत जायेगे . पवार को ईडी नोटिस ने और बात बिगाड दी. पूरे राज्य में मराठे एक जुट हो गये .
अब इन पांच पर भी बीजेपी ध्यान दे तो शायद आगे सुधार हो सके .

Dvendra Fadnavis, addressing the press conference said, “Maybe there was a prior understanding in the Shiv Sena that the party must try to join the Congress and NCP after the results. Our doors for communications have always been open, but the Shiv Sena took a stand of cutting off talks with the BJP but continuing discussions with the Congress and NCP.”

“I will not say anything about Uddhav Thackeray, but the statements being made by the party leaders around him have been disappointing. We also have the ability to reply to all these statements, but that is not what the people expect from us.”

“We have never said anything against Shiv Sena stalwart Bal Thackeray, even when we contested against the party in 2014, but in the last ten days they have made comments against the party and Prime Minister Narendra Modi and that is disappointing.

“Shiv Sena is not an Opposition party, but an ally of the BJP in the Centre and the state, and such statements from them are not acceptable to us. Even Congress or any Opposition party has not criticised Modi like the Shiv Sena has in the last ten days.”

Devendra Fadnavis, addressing a press conference amid the power tussle with the Shiv Sena, said that Uddhav Thackeray’s statement on the day of the results when he said that ‘all options were available to form the government’, was “shocking”.

“People have voted for the Mahayuti government together, but now allies are looking for their own interests. I want to make one thing clear about their demand for a rotational chief minister, that I have no knowledge of such an understanding or deal between the two parties. If Uddhav Thackeray has spoken to Amit Shah in my absence, then I am not aware of it.

“Whatever the issues were, they should have been resolved by talks, but that has not happened. In the past five years, there has been mutual respect between the allies, but now Uddhav Thackeray has not taken my calls,” Fadnavis said.

Former Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis, addressing a press conference soon after submitting his resignation from the post to the Maharashtra governor, said that he was grateful to the electorate and his colleagues for the governance made possible in the first term of the government under him.

He lauded the Cabinet, administration, and officials for the work done for the development of the state, including implementing schemes for roads and the Metro project. He also thanked the BJP’s allies, under the umbrella of Mahayuti alliance which includes the Republican Party of India (RPI).

दरअसल दिल्ली में नरेंद्र और मुंबई में देवेन्द्र का नारा देने वाले मुख्यमंत्री देवेन्द्र फणनवीस के बारे में कहते हैं उनमें पुणे की पेशवाई का खजाना देखने वाले फणनवीस परिवार का खून बहता है और वो हिसाब किताब बखूबी जानते हैं . पांच साल की सरकार में उन्होने खूब ये किया भी और लोग ये कहने लगे कि महाराष्ट्र की राजनीति में एक से दस तक केवल फणनवीस ही है लेकिन इस बार उनकी चाल उन पर ही उल्टी पड गयी.

फणनवीस ने पहले तो बीजेपी में अपने सारे प्रतिद्वंदी नेताओं को किनारे किया . वरिष्ठ नेता एकनाथ खडसे को मंत्रिमंडल से हटाया और फिर टिकट भी नहीं दिया . फिर चिक्की घोटाले में पंकजा मुंडे का कद घटाया और पंकजा तो चुनाव तक हार गयी . शिक्षा मंत्री रहे विनोद ताव़डे को पहले एक मंत्रालय छीनकर कट टू साईज किया और बाद में चुनाव तक नही लडाया . आवास मंत्री रहे प्रकाश मेहता को भी टिकट नही दिया. केन्द्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी के खास रहे बाबनकुले को भी टिकट नहीं दिया. पूरी बिसात ऐसी बिछाई कि अबकी बार अगर बीजेपी को बहुमत मिलता तो कह पाते कि सब कुछ फणनवीस ने दिलाया लेकिन चुनाव होते होते उनकी सांस फूलने लगी ..सबके विरोध के बाद भी कई नेताओ को दूसरी पार्टी से भाजपा में लिया लेकिन उनमें से कई बडे नाम हार गये .इसके साथ ही पार्टी की राय के बाद भी शिवसेना से समझौता किया जिससे पार्टी के ही कई नेता नाराज हो गये और बागी बन गये जिससे बीजेपी कई सीटें हार गयी . कुल मिलाकर अबकी बार बीजेपी सरकार का नारा देने वाले फणनवीस की रणनीती ही चूक गयी.

अब हाल ये है कि शिवसेना जो कभी उनके साथ थी और लोग कहते थे कि फणनवीस के पास जादुई मंत्र है जिससे वो शिवसेना प्रमुख उदधव ठाकरे को मना लेते हैं .वो भी नाराज है. शिवसेना तो खुलकर उनके खिलाफ बोलने लगी है. शिवसेना को लगता था कि फणनवीस उनसे बात करके ही बयान देगे लेकिन फणनवीस ने बिना बातचीत के ही कह दिया कि सीएम तो बीजेपी का ही होगा पूरे पांच साल के लिए .उस पर कोई समझौता नही होगा .इससे शिवसेना और भडक गयी . हाल ये है कि शिवसेना अब भाजपा के केन्द्रीय नेता नितिन गडकरी और गृहमंत्री अमित शाह के अलावा किसी और से बात करने तक तैयार नही है.

अब फणनवीस दिल्ली जाकर मदद मांग रहे है . मुंबई में शिवसेना को मंत्रालय देने पर उनके ही साथियो में तकरार चल रही है . पिछले हफ्ते एक बैठक में फणनवीस ने शिवसेना को वित्त और राजस्व मंत्रालय देने का प्रस्ताव रखा था तो दो बडे नेताओं ने कह दिया कि आप अपने पास के गृह और शहरी विकास मंत्रालय ही क्यों नही देते .वैसे भी राजस्थान के सीएम के पास एक भी मंत्रालय नही .सीएम तो मुखिया होता है उसको मंत्रालय की क्या जरुरत है.जाहिर है खुद फणनवीस को भी ऐसे जवाब की उम्मीद नही होगी.

दरअसल उनका गणित ही गडबडा गया है कहां तो वो 144 प्लस की तैयारी कर रहे थे और कहां 105 तक गाडी रुक गयी .अब शिवसेना के बिना सरकार नही बनती .एनसीपी भी पिछली बार की तरह बिना शर्त समर्थन के लिए इस बार तैयार नही .यानि फणनवीस की होशियारी उन पर ही भारी पड रही है.

महाराष्ट्र के चुनाव से सबसे बडा संकेत भी यही गया है कि मुख्यमंत्री देवेन्द्र फणनवीस की कुर्सी पर पकड कमजोर हो गयी है. वो मुख्यमंत्री बन भी गये तो उनको अब सबको साथ लेकर चलना होगा .उन पर ये भी दवाब रहेगा कि वो पहले की तरह सारे फैसले अकेले ही ना कर लें.राजनीती में वैसे भी कोई पकका दोस्त या दुशमन नहो होता लेकिन राजनीती मे ये भी कहते है कि नीचे की सीढी काटने के पहले इंतजाम कर लेना चाहिये कि लौटना पडे तो पैर कहां रखें.

Fadnavis reached here Monday morning to meet Shah, also the BJP president, party insiders said.

The meeting was held at Shah’s residence.

Unlike the last assembly elections, the BJP and the Shiv Sena this time fought elections in alliance with each other. The BJP won 105 seats and the Shiv Sena 56.

The two parties are caught in a stalemate over the chief minister’s post, with the Sena demanding an equal division of the top post’s tenure and the BJP rejecting it.

However, officially Fadnavis is meeting Shah to seek more help from the centre for a package for Maharashtra’s farmers whose crops have been affected by unseasonal rains.

The impasse between the saffron allies, BJP and Shiv Sena, over their power-sharing pact has continued for 10 days after the result for Assembly polls were announced on October 24.

Both the BJP and the Shiv Sena have not made any new moves in the last couple of days, with both sides adamant on their positions and trying to drive a hard bargain. The Sena has made it clear that it would not settle for anything less than the sharing of the CM post, but BJP says it never promised that to its ally.

Both Fadnavis and Uddhav Thackeray have been touring drought-hit areas and backchannel talks are likely to resume once they return, sources said.

Amid the stalemate, Shiv Sena put the BJP on notice on Sunday as the party seems to have reached out to the Sharad Pawar-led party.

The speculation that Sena was exploring alternative options other than the ally BJP got strengthened when senior NCP leader Ajit Pawar showed reporters a phone message from Sena MP Sanjay Raut, which just contained a formal introduction of and greetings from the latter.

Speaking on the message, former deputy chief minister Pawar said, “This means I should call him. I will call and check.”

Notably, amidst the power tussle between the Sena and the BJP, the NCP has maintained that it would sit in the Opposition. But NCP chief Sharad Pawar held a closed-door meeting with his party leaders in Mumbai on Saturday to explore an alternate possibility of forming the government with Sena.

Pune district collector Naval Kishore Ram has declared a holiday in schools and colleges of Pune city,  Purandar, Baramati, Bhor and Haveli Tehsils. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis expressed his condolence over the loss of lives due to rains and said that the government is providing all the necessary help. 

Three NDRF teams have been deployed in Pune and Baramati to carry out search and rescue operations. Meanwhile, the state government is also closely monitoring the dam discharge, Fadnavis said.

Six people were killed after a wall collapsed in Sahkarnagar area on Wednesday while four others died in other rain-related incidents. Almost 150 houses are damaged due to a sudden flow of water from upstream with full force. On Thursday morning, the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) recovered a body from a vehicle in a canal near Sinhagad road in Pune. On Wednesday, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasted severe thunderstorm in Mumbai and adjoining regions of Maharashtra.

Heavy rains have wreaked havoc in parts of Pune city. Several low-lying areas in and around Pune were flooded as heavy rain lashed the city, news agency ANI reported. At least eleven people have lost their lives in different rain-related incidents in Pune since Wednesday. While five people were killed after a wall collapsed in Sahakar Nagar area following heavy rainfall on Wednesday, one person was found dead in the same locality. Another body was found in a car which was washed away near Sinhgad road.In view of the bad weather, Pune district collector Naval Kishore Ram has declared holiday on Thursday in all schools and colleges in Purandar, Baramati, Bhor and Haveli tehsil.

Water-logging was reported in Sinhgad Road, Dhanakwadi, Balajinagar, Ambegaon, Sahakar Nagar, Parvati, Kolhewadi and Kirkatwadi. Fire Brigade chief Prashant Ranpise said that officials are helping the people stranded in flooded areas. In Kshitij Society of Bibwewadi region, a tree collapsed of parked vehicles causing heavy damages. In Hinjewadi and Wakad, rains caused heavy traffic jam in the evening. Several commuters including employees of major IT companies were left stranded for hours.

NCP MP Udayanraje Bhosale joined the Bharatiya Janata Party in the presence of top saffron party leaders, including its president Amit Shah and Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, with Shah asserting that the BJP-led alliance will come back to power in the state with three-fourths majority. 

Bhosale, who draws his political influence due to his descendance from Maratha king Chhatrapati Shivaji”s family, said he agreed with the policies pursued by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and will work for Maharashtra as a BJP leader.

The Satara MP has quit his Lok Sabha membership to join the BJP. Shah said it was a matter of happiness for his party that a descendent of the Maratha king has joined it and asserted that Bhosale”s presence will help it in the upcoming assembly elections. 

The BJP, which had won 122 of the total 288 seats in the 2014 elections, will emerge stronger and its alliance will win three-fourths seats this time, he said. The Shiv Sena and a few smaller parties are part of the saffron alliance in the state.

The Fadnavis government has worked for the state”s all-round development and “restored” its pride in its five-year rule, Shah added. Shah said the BJP and its alliance will receive even bigger support in the Assembly polls after it had decimated the Congress-NCP alliance in the recent Lok Sabha polls.

On the occasion, Fadnavis also voiced his party”s happiness at Bhosale”s decision to join it.  He noted that Bhosale had lauded the Modi government”s move to nullify Article 370, which given special status to Jammu and Kashmir. The decision to hold the bypoll was taken after the Bombay High Court decided on an election petition on Satara Lok Sabha elections. The order reached the Commission on September 23.

The bypoll was necessitated after Member of Parliament (MP) from the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP),  Udayanraje Bhosale, recently joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) after resigning from Lok Sabha. Counting of votes will happen on October 24 when the Assembly election votes are counted.
