At EuroKids, Children’s Day is more than a celebration it’s a reminder that every small act can nurture lifelong values. Through immersive, real-world learning experiences, children are encouraged to explore, express, and grow with empathy and confidence. Centres across the country organised fun classroom activities like storytelling sessions, puppet show, art activities, dress-up games, and small group play that encouraged children to explore, interact, and enjoy the day while building essential social and emotional skills.

Teachers across EuroKids centres thoughtfully designed experiences that inspired children to work together, make independent choices, and solve problems through play. The celebrations came alive with creative activities such as Gratitude Walls, where children expressed thankfulness towards their friends and family; Kindness Chains that highlighted everyday acts of compassion; and imagination-led play sessions that encouraged curiosity and teamwork. Each experience was crafted to build emotional intelligence, empathy, and confidence among children, while also strengthening their connection with peers and teachers. The day served as a reminder that when learning is joyful, meaningful, and emotionally enriching, children not only develop sharper minds but also kinder hearts  growing into individuals who care, share, and make the world around them better.

At EuroKids, Guru Purnima is more than just a festival, it is a powerful moment of connection, helping young children begin to appreciate the role of their parents, teachers, and mentors. The day was designed to foster early expressions of gratitude, build emotional awareness, and encourage respectful relationships in the most age-appropriate and joyful manner. It also helped establish the classroom as a space not just for learning facts, but for learning values.

The celebration featured a series of engaging and creative activities. Children created handmade thank-you cards for their teachers using paper flowers and colourful drawings. In the Gratitude Circle Time, children took turns sharing who helps them learn and grow, guided gently by their teachers. Classrooms hosted Story time with Values, where teachers read simple stories of gurus and guides from Indian folklore. Some centres also held a “Little Acharyas” role-play activity where children dressed up as their teachers, delivering a fun ‘lesson’ of their own. The day concluded with a heart-warming thank-you song and a group photograph to capture the memory.

The celebrations kicked off with the Father’s Day Sports Carnival, where fathers and children participated in various sports activities. From relay races to friendly football matches, the carnival promoted physical fitness and teamwork. The event also featured singing and dancing, celebrating unique skills and creating cherished memories between children and their fathers. Additionally, puppet storytime with dad encouraged fathers to captivate their children with engaging stories using puppets. This storytelling not only sparked children’s imagination and creativity but also strengthened the bond between fathers and their little ones as they shared moments of joy and laughter. Our children made beautiful medals with their handprints to honour their fathers, adding a personal touch to the festivities.
