PFC has been honoured with the prestigious ‘Energy Infrastructure Finance Institution of the Year’ award at the 3rd Bharat Electricity Awards 2026.The award was presented by Shri Shripad Yesso Naik, Union  Minister of State for Power, at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi, and received by Shri V. Packirisamy, Director (Commercial), PFC, on behalf of the Corporation.

The recognition celebrates PFC’s leadership, innovation and pivotal role in financing India’s energy transition, climate resilience and sustainable infrastructure development.
