Shri Bikram Ghosh, Director (Finance), Western Coalfeilds Limited (WCL) assumed additional charge of Director (Personnel) on August 1st, 2024. Shri Ghosh has been working as Director (Finance) in WCL since March 2024. By order of Ministry of Coal, he has been given additional charge of Director (Personnel) for next 3 months from August 1st, 2024.

DIG Subrato Ghosh ICG (Retd.), took over as Director (Personnel) of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE) Ltd. DIG S Ghosh has played a key role at GRSE, in the delivery of Indian Navy and Indian Coast Guard ships as the GM of Rajabagan Dockyard, and then as Chief General Manager ( Diesel Engine Plant), GRSE. DIG Subrato Ghosh, ICG (Retd.), served in the Indian Coast Guard for over 25 years prior to joining GRSE in the year 2016.

Govt of India has approved the appointment of Subrato Ghosh for the post of Director (Personnel) of Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE) Limited, a PSU under the Ministry of Defence. Presently, he is serving as Chief General Manager in the same Defence PSU.
