SECL achieved notable progress in land acquisition and capacity expansion, alongside advancements in digital monitoring through initiatives like DigiCOAL, enhancing transparency and efficiency. Environmental efforts included large-scale plantation, solar capacity addition and effective mine water utilisation.

In addition, SECL strengthened its focus on social responsibility and inclusion, providing employment to dependents and project-affected persons, while also advancing gender inclusion through dedicated initiatives. The company also recorded high procurement through the GeM portal and introduced innovative technologies such as paste fill mining, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable and efficient operations.
