August 17, 2026: Real estate developer Aaiji Group plans to add 1.35 million sq. ft. of residential and commercial real estate space in Dholera by December 2026, strengthening its long-term commitment to the emerging industrial and economic hub.

The development pipeline comes amid growing infrastructure activity and rising investor interest in Dholera, with the company seeking to capitalise on the region’s expanding industrial ecosystem.

The upcoming developments will feature thoughtfully designed residential and commercial spaces, offering attractive opportunities for homebuyers, businesses, and long-term investors.

The company had earlier announced its plans to invest Rs 100 crore by 2027 to develop residential and commercial projects in Dholera.
