DAKSH (Development of Aspiration, Knowledge, Succession & Harmony) is a 12-month immersive learning journey, meticulously designed to be future-focused, empowering participants with the strategic, behavioural, and transformational competencies required to navigate the complex and evolving challenges of the Public Sector.

He further articulated that PSUs must evolve to remain competitive and relevant in the face of emerging global challenges. According to him, the future of public enterprises depends on their ability to innovate, adopt new technologies, and foster a culture of excellence and efficiency. Mishra ji encouraged the leaders in the public sector to leverage opportunities offered by programs like DAKSH to broaden their horizons, sharpen their judgment, and cultivate a forward-looking mindset that aligns with India’s vision of a self-reliant and technologically advanced economy.
