NEW DELHI. Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) announced its financial results for the final quarter and full financial year ended March 31, 2026. Navigating a complex global economic environment, the public sector logistics leader preserved strong balance sheet integrity alongside steady operational turnover. Supported by an expansive multi-modal terminal network, the entity consolidated its market footprint while delivering consistent value distribution strategies to its equity investors.

For the final quarter (Q4 FY26), standalone revenue from operations concluded at Rs.2,256.84 crore against Rs.2,281.37 crore recorded in the matching quarter of the previous fiscal period. Standalone net profit for the quarter leveled at Rs.258.23 crore, down from Rs.302.14 crore year-on-year, primarily due to localized supply chain re-alignments and competitive margin variations. Quarter-end Profit Before Tax (PBT) reached Rs.339.98 crore, which translated into an individual quarterly Earnings Per Share (EPS) of Rs.3.39 on a face value of Rs.5 per share.

On an annual cumulative basis, CONCOR’s full-year performance showcased top-line stability, with standalone operational revenue rising by 2.2% to achieve Rs.9,059.45 crore. Full-year standalone net profit tracked at Rs.1,221.81 crore, bringing the annual consolidated net profit to Rs.1,245.74 crore over a total consolidated revenue pool of Rs.9,078.97 crore. Representing significant structural strength, the corporation’s year-end net worth climbed to Rs.12,942.35 crore out of a commanding Rs.15,175.66 crore total asset infrastructure base.

Container Corporation of India Ltd (CONCOR) achieved a significant milestone with the launch of its first-ever Bill of Lading (BL) for export cargo carried in the company’s own container. The BL was formally launched by Shri Sanjay Swarup, Chairman and Managing Director, CONCOR, for a consignment bound for Southeast Asia. This historic shipment represents multiple firsts for the organisation, including CONCOR’s first overseas movement of refrigerated cargo in its own container, the first BL issued directly by the company, and its first direct export movement to a Southeast Asian port.

The initiative underscores CONCOR’s growing capabilities as an integrated logistics service provider and reflects its strategic focus on global connectivity and customer-centric solutions. Powered by CONCOR’s unified digital platform, the new system enables seamless online creation of Bills of Lading along with end-to-end cargo visibility, enhancing transparency, efficiency and ease of doing business for exporters. This development is expected to further strengthen CONCOR’s presence in international logistics and support India’s expanding foreign trade.

Shri Sanjay Swarup emphasized that the launch reinforces CONCOR’s commitment to modernizing supply chain operations and expanding its presence in international markets.

New Delhi. CMD, Container Corporation of India (CONCOR), Shri Sanjay Swarup delivered the keynote address at the Inaugural Session of The Economic Times Infra Leadership Summit 2025, organised by ET Infra in New Delhi. The summit, centred on the theme “Building Future through Environmental, Social, and Governance Strategies,” brought together prominent leaders shaping India’s next-generation infrastructure ecosystem.

In his address, Shri Swarup outlined CONCOR’s strategic roadmap for building a sustainable, technology-driven and customer-centric logistics network across the country. He highlighted CONCOR’s extensive operational footprint, covering around 200 locations, including 66 terminals, supported by world-class logistics facilities, multi-type warehouses and modern cold storage infrastructure.

Showcasing the company’s robust asset base, he shared that CONCOR currently operates more than 400 rakes, with a clear plan to expand the fleet to 500 rakes by 2030. The container fleet is also set for significant augmentation, from 56,000 units to 70,000 units over the next three years. CONCOR’s growing presence along the Dedicated Freight Corridors, with four terminals already operational, is further boosting efficient and faster cargo movement.

Emphasising sustainability, Shri Swarup highlighted the deployment of LNG-powered trailers for cleaner first- and last-mile connectivity, supported by the country’s first LNG station at Khatuwas and an upcoming second station at Dadri. The company is also adopting Electric Vehicles and Electric Reach Stackers to progressively reduce carbon emissions across operations.

He also outlined CONCOR’s partnership-led initiatives with Indian Railways, including the development of the Integrated Logistics Hub at Sonik, aimed at enabling seamless multimodal logistics solutions.

Reaffirming the organisation’s commitment, Shri Swarup said that CONCOR will continue to drive sustainable, technology-enabled and customer-oriented logistics transformation to support India’s growing trade and economic ambitions.
