Prior to joining Blue Dart, he held prominent legal, compliance, and governance leadership roles across leading Indian and multinational organizations, including Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd., NIVEA India, Vodafone India, and Bharti Del Monte Foods Ltd. Throughout his career, Rabindra has played a key role in strengthening governance frameworks, managing regulatory complexities, and enabling sustainable business growth across diverse sectors.

His expertise spans corporate governance, ESG, ethics and compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs, data privacy, intellectual property, and cross-border legal operations. He is also recognised for leveraging technology-enabled legal solutions to enhance operational efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and support business agility. His contributions have been recognised through accolades including the Blue Knight Award at NIVEA India, while his role as a thought leader and visiting faculty member at leading law schools reflects his commitment to shaping the future of the legal and governance profession.
