SECL’s Record-Breaking NEET Coaching CSR Scheme earn place in Gazette of India

Bilaspur. South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) achieved a major milestone as ‘SECL Ke Sushrut’ became the first Coal PSU CSR initiative to be notified in the Gazette of India by the Ministry of Coal.

The flagship program provides medical entrance coaching to talented students in SECL’s operational areas, yielding outstanding results. In its inaugural batch (2023–24), 39 out of 40 students qualified for NEET, followed by 31 out of 40 students in the second batch (2024–25). This official recognition highlights SECL’s enduring commitment to empowering regional youth through quality education.

SECL Partners with Sri Sathya Sai Trust to Establish ₹35.04 Crore Healthcare Skill Development Centre at Nava Raipur

BILASPUR. South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) has signed a MoU with Sri Sathya Sai Health & Education Trust for the establishment of a state-of-the-art Healthcare Skill Development Centre at Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The project will be implemented under SECL’s CSR initiative with a financial assistance of ₹35.04 crore.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Biranchi Das, Director (HR), SECL. The agreement was executed by C. M. Verma, General Manager (CSR), SECL, and Vivek Narayan Gour, Trustee, Sri Sathya Sai Health & Education Trust.
