<p>Addressing the newly inducted executives from various technical and non-technical disciplines, Shri Satish Jha congratulated them on joining the Coal India family and welcomed them to ECL, describing their posting as a unique opportunity to gain invaluable professional experience in one of the country&#8217;s most diverse mining environments.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>बिलासपुर: </strong>कोल इंडिया की प्रमुख सहायक कंपनी एसईसीएल (SECL) ने मानसून के दौरान अपनी खनन परियोजनाओं में निर्बाध (बिना रुके) कोयला आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए व्यापक तैयारियां पूरी कर ली हैं। कंपनी के सीएमडी (अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक) हरीश दुहान ने गुरुवार को यह जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि इन कदमों का उद्देश्य देश की ऊर्जा सुरक्षा को मजबूत बनाए रखना है।  बिजली उत्पादन और औद्योगिक कामकाज को सुचारू रूप से चलाने के लिए बिना किसी रुकावट के कोयले की सप्लाई बेहद जरूरी है, खासकर मानसून के मौसम में जब खदानों में परिचालन संबंधी जोखिम काफी बढ़ जाते हैं।</p>
<p>एसईसीएल, कोल इंडिया लिमिटेड (CIL) की सबसे ज्यादा कोयला उत्पादन करने वाली सहायक कंपनियों में से एक है। कंपनी वर्तमान में कुल 60 कोयला खदानों का संचालन करती है, जिनमें से 35 छत्तीसगढ़ में और 25 मध्य प्रदेश में स्थित हैं। इन 60 खदानों में से 40 अंडरग्राउंड (भूमिगत) हैं और बाकी ओपनकास्ट (खुली खदानें) हैं।</p>
