SAMBALPUR. MCL signed an MoU with NIT Rourkela to establish the “MCL Hall of Residence,” a girls’ hostel with 500 seats, funded with Rs 43 crore under CSR. The agreement was signed in the presence of senior officials, including CMD Shri Uday A Kaole, Director (HR) Shri Keshav Rao, and Prof. K. Umamaheshwar Rao from NIT Rourkela.
