KOKATA. Coal India has undertaken initiatives in its mining areas to transform water collected from coal mines into safe and clean drinking water under the banner of COAL NEER through advanced treatment processes. The initiative highlights how mine water, often considered a by-product of mining operations, can be converted into a valuable resource for communities and local needs.
