										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>SAMBALPUR.</strong> Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) has signed an agreement with the Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering &amp; Technology (CIPET) in Bhubaneswar to provide a two-year residential ITI training program in Electrician and Fitter trades. Under this social welfare initiative, MCL will spend 1.26 crore rupees to completely cover all expenses, including training fees, food, and housing, for 40 selected students throughout the entire two-year course.</p>
<p>MoU’s were signed by Sri PK Chakraborty, GM (CSR) on behalf of MCL and Sri PK Sahoo, Principal Director &amp; Head, CIPET on behalf of CIPET.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, NTPC Farakka has launched a six-month Multi Skill Training Programme (MSTP) in collaboration with CIPET, Bhubaneswar.</p>
<p>Aimed at enhancing youth employability through industry-relevant skills, the programme will provide hands-on training and open new avenues for career development. The inaugural ceremony was held on 26th July 2025 at CIPET Bhubaneswar and witnessed the presence of Shri Debabrata Kar, Head of Project (Farakka); Smt. Soumya Kar, President of Udita Ladies Club, along with other NTPC officials.</p>
<p>A total of 30 candidates from nearby regions of West Bengal and Jharkhand have enrolled in the programme. Speaking at the event, Shri Kar congratulated the participants and encouraged them to make the most of the opportunity. The event concluded with an engaging interaction between the trainees and NTPC officials, underscoring the organization&#8217;s commitment to community development and youth empowerment.</p>
