]]> पटना । मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने एक अणे मार्ग स्थित ‘संकल्प’ में शुक्रवार को अल्प वर्षापात से उत्पन्न स्थिति की समीक्षा की और किसानों को हरसंभव सहायता उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिया। बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री को भारत मौसम विज्ञान के प्रतिनिधि ने राज्य में वर्षापात की स्थिति की जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि इस वर्ष जून में 85 मिलीमीटर वर्षापात दर्ज की गई है, जो सामान्य वर्षापात 163.3 मिलीमीटर से 48 प्रतिशत कम है। एक जुलाई से 21 जुलाई की अवधि में 152.30 मिलीमीटर वर्षापात दर्ज की गई जो इस अवधि के लिए निर्धारित सामान्य वर्षापात 242.4 मिलीमीटर से 47 प्रतिशत कम है। एक जून से 21 जुलाई तक की अवधि में 238.3 मिलीमीटर वर्षापात दर्ज किया गया जो सामान्य वर्षापात 405.7 मिलीमीटर से 41 प्रतिशत कम है। उन्होंने बताया कि 21 जुलाई से 27 जुलाई के बीच हल्की बारिश की संभावना है।
बैठक में आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग के अपर मुख्य सचिव प्रत्यय अमृत ने प्रस्तुतीकरण के माध्यम से जानकारी दी कि अब तक चार जिले- बक्सर, किशनगंज, भागलपुर और अररिया में सामान्य बारिश हुई है, जबकि 26 जिले- सिवान, सुपौल, रोहतास, अरवल, कटिहार, भोजपुर, औरंगाबाद, बांका, लखीसराय, भभुआ, मधुबनी, गया, जमुई, दरभंगा, शेखपुरा, वैशाली, मधेपुरा, पूर्णिया, नवादा, जहानाबाद, खगड़िया, मुंगेर, पटना, नालंदा, गोपालगंज एवं मुजफ्फरपुर में सामान्य से कम वर्षा ( -20 से
-59 प्रतिषत तक विचलन) हुई है। राज्य के आठ जिले- समस्तीपुर, सहरसा, सारण, बेगूसराय, पश्चिम चंपारण, पूर्वी चंपारण, शिवहर एवं सीतामढ़ी में अल्प वर्षापात ( -60 से-99 प्रतिषत तक विचलन) की स्थिति रही है। उन्होंने जिलावार वर्षापात के विचलन की स्थिति, धान के बिचड़े का आच्छादन, धान की रोपनी और मक्के की बुआई की स्थिति की जानकारी दी। बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिया कि किसानों को हर संभव सहायता उपलब्ध कराएं ताकि उन्हें कृषि कार्य में सहूलियत हो। संसाधनों की कमी नहीं होने दी जाएगी। राज्य के खजाने पर पहला अधिकार आपदा पीड़ितों का है। राज्य के 75 प्रतिशत लोगों की आजीविका का आधार कृषि है। मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिया कि कृषि कार्य के लिए किसानों को डीजल अनुदान उपलब्ध कराएं। साथ ही कृषि कार्य के लिए 12 घंटे विद्युत आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित कराएं। जल संसाधन विभाग नहरों के अंतिम छोर तक कृषि कार्य के लिए पानी पहुंचाना सुनिश्चित करे और लगातार इसकी मॉनीटरिंग करे। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्य सचिव की अध्यक्षता में क्राइसिस मैनेजमेंट ग्रुप की हर सप्ताह होनेवाली बैठक नियमित रूप से हो और हर स्थिति पर नजर बनाए रखें। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जल-जीवन-हरियाली अभियान के अंतर्गत जल संरक्षण के लिए किए जा रहे कार्यों के क्रियान्वयन की सतत निगरानी करते रहें। लोगों के लिए पेयजल की उपलब्धता हमेशा रहे, यह सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी संबद्ध विभाग पूरी तरह अलर्ट रहें। धान रोपनी समय पर हो जाए, इसके लिए जल संसाधन विभाग एवं जल संसाधन विभाग सिंचाई के लिए आवश्यक प्रबंध करें। आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण भी स्थिति पर नजर बनाये रखे। बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री के प्रधान सचिव दीपक कुमार, मुख्य सचिव आमिर सुबहानी, बिहार राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण के उपाध्यक्ष उदयकांत मिश्रा, बिहार राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण के सदस्य पीएन राय, बिहार राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण के सदस्य मनीष कुमार वर्मा, मुख्यमंत्री के प्रधान सचिव डॉ. एस. सिद्धार्थ, पथ, स्वास्थ्य एवं आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग के अपर मुख्य सचिव प्रत्यय अमृत, वित्त विभाग के प्रधान सचिव अरविंद कुमार चौधरी, ऊर्जा विभाग के प्रधान सचिव संजीव हंस, कृषि विभाग के सचिव संजय कुमार अग्रवाल, मुख्यमंत्री के सचिव अनुपम कुमार, मुख्यमंत्री के विशेष कार्य पदाधिकारी गोपाल सिंह सहित अन्य वरीय पदाधिकारी एवं भारत मौसम विज्ञान के प्रतिनिधि मौजूद थे।बिहार

]]> पटना। मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने शुक्रवार को बिहार अग्निशमन सेवा के सुदृढ़ीकरण के लिए 34 अग्निशमन वाहनों को मुख्यमंत्री सचिवालय स्थित संवाद भवन के सामने बने मंच से हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया। बिहार की जनता के लिए आपातकालीन सेवा के रूप में बिहार अग्निशमन सेवा द्वारा अपने उपलब्ध संसाधनों के माध्यम से अग्नि से सुरक्षा एवं बचाव के कार्य लगातार किये जा रहे है। प्रभावी अग्निशमन कार्य को और बेहतर ढंग से क्रियान्वित करने के लिए आज 34 अग्निशमन वाहनों को रवाना किया गया। ये अग्निशमन वाहन पांच हजार लीटर वाटर टैंक क्षमता के है।
इन वाहनों में 72 प्रकार के उपकरण लगे हैं जिनका आवश्यकतानुसार अग्निशमन कर्मी अगलगी की घटनाओं पर काबू पाने में उपयोग करेंगे। इन अग्निशमन वाहनों को बिहार अग्निशमन सेवा में सम्मिलित किये जाने से कार्य क्षमता में और वृद्धि होगी।
इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री को पुलिस महानिदेशक (गृह रक्षा वाहिनी एवं अग्निशमन सेवाएं) शोभा अहोतकर ने हरित पौधा भेंटकर स्वागत किया। कार्यक्रम के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने बिहार अग्निशमन सेवा के बहुआयामी विकास एवं उपलब्धियों पर आधारित बुकलेट का भी विमोचन किया।

]]> The Maharashtra government announced that the schools in the state will reopen from July. An announcement to this effect was made by state School Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad.

Beginning with senior classes, the academic session in the state will begin from July. However, schools located in containment zones will not be opened. Schools will be opened in districts where no coronavirus cases have been found in a month. In other areas ‘online schools’ will only function, the state minister announced.

The minister said that physical schools will begin in July after following all guidelines and the district administrations have been asked open schools in places where cases haven’t been found for a month.

The minister also said that senior classes will begin first and the online schools will start from June 26.
classes 9, 10 and 12 will start the session from July, while classes 11 will start once the admission procedure is completed after announcement of class 10 board results.

The state government had said that students from classes 6 to 8 will join the school in August, and for students studying in classes 3 to 5, schools will open in September. Meanwhile, the state has also asked school management committees to take a decision on resumption of sessions for children studying in classes 1 and 2.

The government will use the TV platform for education while taking efforts to rope in Doordarshan and radio for the purpose.

Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray has approved the resumption of the academic session through online/digital medium from June 15.

In a statement Maharashtra CMO’s office said, “There are some reports doing rounds on social media claiming that lockdown will be re-imposed and shops will be shut. Please do not believe in such rumours, as no such decision has been taken by the Maharashtra government.”

The Maharashtra government has also warned people of strict against people spreading such rumours.
Taking to Twitter, Maharashtra CMO wrote: “Lockdown will not be re-imposed. CM Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray has appealed to the people to refrain from crowding. He has earnestly requested them to follow the Govt’s instructions and take necessary precautions to stay safe and take care.”

On June 10, Thackeray had said he would be forced to roll back lockdown relaxation if people didn’t take social distancing rules seriously. “Lockdown will have to continue if this (non-adherence of norms) happens. But I am confident people will listen to the government’s rules and guidelines since it is taking care of their welfare,” he said.

On May 31, Maharashtra government had released new COVID-19 lockdown relaxation guidelines in order to restart activities in the state. Terming it “Mission Begin Again”, these relaxations are being implemented in a phased manner for the non-COVID-19 containment zones.

]]> The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) wrote a letter to Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Tuesday, seeking permission for resume post-production work in the media and entertainment industry.

The letter, signed by Ashoke Pandit, chief advisor of FWICE, reads: “With reference to the subject matter, we would like to bring to your kind notice that there are numerous projects of the media and entertainment industry which are halted due to lockdown and can be completed soon as only the post-production activities such as editing, sound recording, music recording and others are pending.

If permissions are given to carry out such post-production activities of these projects, which can be done in closed studios with minimum workforce, it would be a great relief to the producers who have poured in huge funds and that they shall be all set to release their projects immediately after the lockdown is lifted.”

The letter further reads: “We assure you of complying with all the necessary guidelines pertaining to the health, safety and security of the workers involved in such post-production activities if permitted to do so.”
FWICE is the film industry workers’ union based in Mumbai. As of 2020, it has 5,00,000 members
