Rajyavardhan Rathore,  Cabinet Minister, Department of Industries and Commerce, Department of Information Technology and Communications, Department of Youth Affairs and Sports, Department of Skills, Planning and Entrepreneurship and Department of Soldier Welfare, Govt. of Rajasthan was also present on the occasion.
