Gurugram/Patna (26.08.2022) : Gurgaon based developers Whiteland Corporations, who were being reported by the media to have links with Bihar deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav has issued an official statement pointing out the conspiracy against them.

The AIIMS report declaring the death of Bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput a “case of suicide” matches the conclusion the CBI’s investigators reached after their reconstruction of the incident. And a forensic audit of Rajput’s bank accounts has not thrown up anything “suspicious” to suggest that his friend Rhea Chakraborty could have pushed Rajput to suicide for financial gain, agency sources have confirmed to The Indian Express.

So the CBI, sources said, is now focusing on the gamut of reasons that could have led to the actor taking his own life: any role played by Chakraborty; professional rivalry and nepotism in Bollywood; effect of drug abuse and Rajput’s mental health.

Of the over Rs 70 crore worth of transactions through Rajput’s accounts in the past five years, only about Rs 55 lakh have been found to have been associated with Chakraborty. Most of these, sources said, were expenses on travel, spas and gifts.

“Chakraborty continues to be under scanner for abetment to suicide. But it is true CBI hasn’t yet found any motive for abetment. There was a forensic audit done of Rajput’s account. There is nothing concrete in the audit report to suggest that Chakraborty siphoned off funds and this led to the actor’s suicide. The expenses incurred by Rajput on her are comparatively small and can easily be explained as expenses on a friend. However, there are many angles to the suicide and our investigation is still on,” said an official privy to probe details.

After spending so many days in Bhaykhala jail actor Rhea Chakraborty has been granted bail  over drugs-related charges in the Sushant Singh Rajput case from Bombay high court .

A special court  had yesterday extended their judicial custody till October 20 but HC granted bail to RHEA although court  rejected her brother shauvik bail application .

Rhea Chakraborty was arrested on September 8 by the Narcotics Control Bureau on charges of organizing drugs for Sushant Singh Rajput, a popular movie star who was found dead in his Mumbai apartment on June 14. She was accused of being “an active member of a drugs syndicate” and financing drugs bought for Sushant Singh Rajput, her boyfriend.

In her bail petition, Rhea Chakraborty alleged that Sushant Singh Rajput “took advantage of those closest to him to sustain his drug habit” and that she and her brother are sole targets of a witch-hunt.

She said he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and his family abandoned him at the peak of his depression. His mental health “deteriorated during the lockdown”, she claimed, adding that the deaths of actors Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor also had a tremendous impact on him.

Sushant Singh was “extremely happy after being offered ₹ 14 crore for a movie”, she said, alleging that the actor was disturbed over a rift with his family, especially his father.

Rhea Chakraborty also argued that the charges against her are too severe compared to the quantity of the drugs involved. She accused the drugs probe agency of spinning a false narrative that she was involved in illegal drugs trafficking and “harboured offenders”.

The CBI is investigating the circumstances of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death and the Enforcement Directorate is looking into financial allegations raised by the actor’s father.

The Narcotics Control Bureau stepped into the Sushant Singh Rajput investigations when WhatsApp chats retrieved from Rhea Chakraborty’s phone revealed alleged conversations involving the procuring of drugs.

Several top actors have been questioned by the anti-drugs bureau in a widening probe into drugs and the film industry.

No leaders were involved in Babri Masjid demolition so all  key accused in the historic case include former deputy prime minister LK Advani, former Union minister MM Joshi, former Union minister Uma Bharti and former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Kalyan Sing acquitted by Cbi special court .

This verdict came after 28 years of  the 16th century structure was razed by a mob in Uttar Pradesh’s Ayodhya town.

The key accused include former deputy prime minister LK Advani, former Union ministers MM Joshi and Uma Bharti and former Uttar Pradesh chief minister Kalyan Singh. Most of the senior leaders among the 32 accused such as LK Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi were not present in the Lucknow court when the judge started the proceedings.

The 32 accused face charges under several sections of the IPC, including criminal conspiracy, rioting , promoting enmity between different groups and unlawful assembly. During the trial, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) produced 351 witnesses and 600 documents as evidence before the CBI court. The court had initially framed charges against 49 accused; 17 accused have died.

Special CBI judge Surendra Kumar Yadav did not admit the videos produced by the Central Bureau of Investigation, holding that the recording had been tampered with, defence lawyer Manish Tripathi said. The judge also did not admit the photographs submitted by the CBI since it could not produce the original negatives. The judge also agreed with the defence that the CBI did not follow provisions of the Evidence Act.

Defence lawyer Manish Tripathi told reporters that the court ordered acquittal on grounds that the evidence against them was insufficient, “The court said the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh and the Vishwa Hindu Parishad did not have a role in the demolition. It was carried out by mischievous elements,” Tripathi said, giving details of the court verdict.

सिनेमा की गंदगी के नालों में बह रही बदबू लगातार नाक पकड़े रहने को मजबूर कर रही है। ड्रग्स व नशे को कारोबार के बाद अब निर्देशक अनुराग कश्यप द्वारा देह शोषण किए जाने का मामला गरम है। यहां किसी अभागी युवती के देह का दोहन मूल विषय नहीं है। मूल विषय है सिनेमावालों के अंत:करण में छिपी बैठी वासना का। वह वासना, जो दमित कल्पनाओं को आकार देने के लिए काम देने के बहाने किसी जरूरतमंद को बिस्तर पर बिछाने के सपने सजाती हैं, और जीवन की खुशियों और तकलीफों को धुंए में उड़ाने को जिंदगी का अनिवार्य अंग मानती है। इसी कामना की कसक में सुशांत सिंह राजपूत कोई दुर्भाग्यवश मरा हुआ पात्र नहीं, बल्कि एक पूरा धारावाहिक कथा बन जाता है। जिसे पूरा देश और दुनिया तीन महीने से लगातार देखते रहने और उसी में उलझे रहने को शापित है।

और अब, दृश्य यह है कि सिनेमा की थाली में छेद करनेवालों और वालियों की सूची लंबी होती जा रही है। रिया चक्रवर्ती का सलाखों का सुख कुछ दिन के लिए और बढ़ गया है, लेकिन अब नशीले संसार के रिश्ते में रिया के दूर के रिश्तेदारों के नाम भी सामने आ रहे हैं। दीपिका पादुकोण, दीया मिर्जा, सारा अली खान, रकुल प्रीत सिंह, श्रद्धा कपूर सहित नम्रता शिरोड़कर आदि उसी सूची का हिस्सा हैं। आज हर तरफ सिर्फ सिनेमा के संसार की चर्चा है, क्योंकि कभी यह नशे के धुंए में धधकता है, तो कभी काम के बदले देह सुख दान करने के किस्से गढ़ता है। अनुराग कश्यप कांड इसी की ताजा तस्वीर है।

यह वक्त मुल्क के मालिकों के लिए यह जागने का है। क्योंकि दीपिका पादुकोण की ड्रग्स मांगने की बातचीत रिकॉर्ड पर आने, रिया चक्रवर्ती के सलाखों में समा जाने और अनुराग कश्यप द्वारा पायल घोष के देह शोषण की बातें सारे संसार के सामने सार्वजनिक हो जाने के बाद भी जिन लोगों को लगता है कि जया बच्चन वाली बॉलीवुड की थाली में गंदगी नहीं है, तो उनका भगवान ही मालिक है। जब संसद में रवि किशन नामक एक सधा हुआ अभिनेता सांसद पुकार करे कि सिनेमा के संसार में फैल रही गंदगी की सफाई जरूरी है, प्रख्यात अभिनेत्री रूपा गांगुली जैसी प्रतिष्ठित महिला सांसद हाथ में प्लेकार्ड लहराकर धरने पर बैठी यह मांग करे कि सिनेमा जगत में महिलाओं के अपमान करनेवालों पर कारवाई हो, सड़क पर जयाप्रदा नाम लब्ध प्रतिष्ठित अभिनेत्री और पूर्व सांसद सिनेमा जगत की सच्चाई का साफ साफ बयान करे, और शेखर सुमन, कंगना रणौत, आदि को यह कहना पड़े कि बॉलीवुड गटर है, तो फिर स्वरा भास्करों और तापसी पन्नुओं के अनुराग कश्यपों के बयानों और जया बच्चन के संसद में सिनेमा को दिए चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र की कोई बहुत वखत नहीं रह जाती।

समस्या यही है कि सिनेमा के संसार में काम के बदले देह दान को सरकारी योजना ‘काम के बदले अनाज’ की तरह बहुत सरलता से स्वीकार कर लिया गया है। सरोज खान जैसी जानी मानी नृत्य निर्देशक ने स्वर्ग सिधारने से पहले सांगली में कहा था कि काम के बदले देह शोषण कोई नई बात नहीं है। यह तो सदियों से चला आ रहा है। फिल्म इंडस्ट्री में दुष्कर्म के बाद लड़कियों को छोड़ नहीं दिया जाता, बल्कि उन्हें काम मिलता है और रोजी-रोटी भी मिलती है। सरोज खान के इतना साफ साफ कहने के बावजूद सिनेमा जगत के कुछ लोग उछल उछल कर कह रहे हैं कि बॉलीवुड की थाली गंदी नहीं है। तो, उनकी बेटी भी कल अगर अब किसी संयोगवश सिनेमा में आगे बढ़ने आ गई, तो यही थाली उन्हें भी विरासत में मिलने वाली है। फिर उस वक्त चाहे वे कितने भी ताकतवर क्यों न हो, इस थाली को साफ करने के लिए वे ऐसे कोई सात्विक और सार्थक प्रयास नहीं कर पाएंगे, जिन्हें करने से वे अपने आप को दूसरों के पाप के प्रपंच से निष्कलंक निकाल सकें।

सरोज खान को मरणोपरांत भी आप गलत मानने के लिए स्वतंत्र हैं। लेकिन पायल घोष से पहले कंगना रणौत, टिस्का चौपड़ा, राधिका आप्टे, कल्कि केचलिन, शर्लिन चोपड़ा, स्वरा भास्कर और प्रीति जैन जैसी कई अभिनेत्रियां तो जिंदा हैं, जिन्होंने सिनेमावालों को देह मांगने के मामले में सवालों के घेरे में खड़ा किया है। कंगना ने तो इस मामले को पूरे दबंग अंदाज में उठाया है। रुपा गांगुली संसद परिसर में इसीलिए धरने पर बैठ गई। रवि किशन ने भी सिनेमा में लड़कियों के शोषण का मामला उठाया। मनोज तिवारी भी खुलकर इस मुद्दे पर बोले। लेकिन जया बच्चन के पास इन दिनों फिल्में नहीं है और जाहिर है, उनकी सिनेमा से जुड़ाव की लोकप्रियता खतरे में है। जिससे उबरने के लिए उनके मीडिया मैनेजरों ने माया रची, तो वे खबरों में आ गईं, माहौल में भी छा गईं। लेकिन गलत लोगों का साथ दे रही थीं, इसीलिए, अभिनेता से नेता बनने वाले रवि किशन को अभी सांसद बने सोलह महीने भी नहीं बीते है। लेकिन सिर्फ सोलह शब्दों में ही वे सोलह साल से संसद में बैठी जया बच्चन पर इसलिए बहुत भारी साबित हुए। लेकिन जहां तक साबित होने का मामला है, तो सिनेमा के संसार की सड़ांध सो सराबोर कई चेहरों को निष्कलंक साबित होना बाकी है। सो, देखते रहिए टीवी, क्योंकि सिनेमा की थाली को गंदा करनेवाले कई सुनहरे चेहरे तो अभी और भी बहुत बचे हुए हैं। (प्राइम टाइम)

In the widening drugs probe by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), IndiaTV sources have confirmed that the name ‘D’ that surfaced in drugs chat is Deepika Padukone. It is said that the actress asked for ‘hash, not weed’ in chat with ‘K’. Both names – D and K surfaced in the whatsapp drugs chat. Earlier, Shraddha Kapoor’s name also surfaced in the drugs chat. Besides Deepika Padukone, 90’s actress Namrata Shirodkar has also been named in the drugs chat.

The chats accessed are from October 2017 and show Deepika asking for “maal” from ‘K’ who replies that she has it, but at home. Further ‘K’ says that she can ask ‘Amit’ if she wants it, as “he is carrying”. Deepika also then clarifies that she needs “Hash” and not “weed” as the two discuss logistics.

Deepika Padukone’s manager Karishma Prakash has been summoned by NCB for questioning tomorrow. Karishma Prakash is Jaya Saha’s assistant, who also manages also Deepika Padukone. Jaya Saha’s name surfaced in Rhea Chakraborty’s interrogation in connection with Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.

Rhea Chakraborty has been charged with organizing drugs for her boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput, a Bollywood star whose shock death on June 14 is being investigated by the CBI. There is no mention in the court papers of her using drugs.

She faces charges that could lead to up to 10 years in jail.

Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty are accused of arranging drugs with help from Sushant Singh Rajput’s employees Samuel Miranda and Dipesh Sawant, who were allegedly in touch with drug dealers.

The Narcotics Control Bureau arrested Rhea Chakraborty after three days of questioning and said in its court documents that she was “an active member of the drug syndicate connected with drug supplies” and knew of “every delivery and payment”
