Briefing media in New Delhi yesterday after the Governing Council Meeting of NITI Aayog, Dr Subrahmanyam said that according to IMF data, India today is larger than Japan. He said India is the fourth-largest economy and a four-trillion-dollar economy. He expressed confidence that in a matter of another two to three years, India will become the third-largest economy.
